Oh Dear, bought Gents coat back in March. If only I'd looked at reviews first!
Item arrived a week later but was too tight, I sent it back via the over complicated returns system (China) - £20 tracking - it took a week to get to Shanghai then sat in customs for 2 months before eventually given a 'Return to Sender'. I was surprised to receive this backlast week 5 months after the original posting!
I'd emailed the UK to ask for help (26/6/23) but no reply. I can only agree thar YOU MUST NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Rubbish quality had to post back to China 2 months ago at my own cost to return and still haven't been refunded.

Poor quality products, sent me the wrong size and colour boots and refused to remedy until I posted them back to China at my own cost. Awful service and even worse products.

I ordered a coat in blue and on arrival it was black. Sizing is awful and does not fit. Ordered cardigan which had pulls in it. Not elegant. Not fit for purpose. Not replying to my emails. Contacted credit card company Sainsbury’s, trying to raise Section 75, or Chargeback, no joy! This is a SCAM, reported to Twitter

This company appears to be a con. They sell clothes that immediately fall apart and do not respond to requests for refunds

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a medium jacket and received a small sized jacket. They want me to send the jacket back to China at my expense before they will give a refund. The cost of that would be £35. My jacket cost £75.

Just avoid. Ordered a jacket, but received a completely different design and L size more like S. When tried to return it, they asked me to post it back all the way to China at my own expense.

Awful customer service. On website they say delivery in 2to 5 days but in terms and conditions up to 3 month. Still awaiting my order have tried to get a refund but unsuccessful. Would not use them ever again. Such a shame

I ordered a green jacket xl .took 4weeks to arrive. Blue medium jacket arrive. Tried contacting them as there error nor mine. Not very helpful. Not sure if will get my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY .

There should be a way to block this website in uk. It’s a complete scam. Charged 54£ jacket you can buy for 5£ on the street. For return fill forms and send back to China tracked postage. Who knows they will ever refund. I am going to report to PayPal.

I would 100% concur with the descriptions below:
i. Quality is appalling;
ii. Costs to return are sky-high as you need to return to China;
iii. Returns process is convoluted and purposely difficult;
iv. Costs to return are borne by the buyer rather than seller.

I would strongly advise you to avoid purchasing anything.

Item ordered in December, now march, still no delivery! No one to contact. Basically my moneys been stolen, I guess I’ll just have to swallow my loss. Scam company, avoid like the plague!

The item received is not what I purchased and very very pier quality.
I have reported to Trading Standards and I’m attempting to get my money back through PayPal. What I have received is not in the slightest like what I ordered. This place needs shut down. Not in London but in China.

Absolutely horrible. Received a supposed XL jacket which turned out to be 36inch chest (S-M). The return policy is so convoluted as to be impossible and costs and additional £30 in postage.

I will reiterate every comment on here, i would have given 0 stars if possible, I just wish I had looked this site up prior to the ordering. I haven’t yet gone through the painful process to return the goods I have just contacted the company for a returns address. The order process indicated 7-10 days it took 27 days for the goods to arrive. The goods arrived in a scrunched up vacuum sealed package about the size of a bag of sugar considering it was a winter coat and jumper!! The jumper that was ordered on the website looked to be of a great quality, it was best described as a piece of towelling in blue with a completely mismatched white zipper, I didn’t even bother trying it on. The coat looked ok but as others have indicated the sizing was nowhere near a fit, all my clothing is purchased as XL when I tried this on the arms were 4 or 5 inches too short (I certainly wouldn’t be described as tall) and the zipper was 4inches away from meeting to try and do it up. Probably a waste of £117. I will wait to see what the shipping costs will be, I may just give them to charity tho I doubt if they could sell them !!

Shame there's not a zero stars option. It's a scam. Item took SIX weeks to arrive and had a massive hole in it. Thank god I didn't spend that much money with them. No customer service, despite several emails. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Products are garbage. Stitching all hanging out and when you try to return it you have to fill out multiple forms and ship back to China. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

saw an ad on twitter, was fooled by the fake trust pilot scores.
Absolute rip off. cheap Chinese rubbish. Cost of returning is almost as much as product. Absolute Joke

I had to give London-Fash one star to move on to write this review. I agree with all the negative reviews, London-Fash is a dreadful company to deal with. They try to align themselves with London Fashion and nothing could be further from the truth. Clothing items are grossly undersized. Quality is shoddy. Packaging is minimal. Weird returns process. The website has no mention of China being their base, so returns cost a fortune - £28 for a jacket. Avoid buying from London-Fash at all costs. Awful experience!
