Why hasn't this website and company been shut down. My wife bought two sizes of jacket to send one back after trying them on and the quality is utter garbage. The packet arrived after weeks with the words work clothing. What a joke, they are going back no matter what!

I agree with all the others. I saw a Facebook ad for weeks offering a great looking thick woollen sweater. I finally cracked and ordered it. Nothing came for weeks - no confirmation email as ordered through facebook, nothing - then finally a badly packaged plastic back came from China with an ugly, thin, 100% polyester sweater in it sold for £43. Bad Chinese quality at high UK prices. The Tripadvisor five star reviews (I now realise) were simply a screen snip - there was no substantive link. They are a scam.

This company is a complete fraud. Having taken over 4 weeks to deliver the goods, and ignored several emails, the two items ordered finally arrived yesterday. The standard of the garments was laughably bad - unfortunately it cost me £130. Absolutely fuming. Companies like this should be shut down by the online watchdogs.

Total junk, order 2 items, 1 has arrived 7 weeks after order, other still missing. quality is very poor nothing like the image or description.

Ordered 2 jackets due to the advert having 5 star Trustpilot reviews and advertising as a British company.

Jackets are not fit for purpose and of the poorest quality.

Have tried to get them to send postage so we can return them. They have sent some form that makes no sense at all and wants me to pay to return.

They have now offered me a 40% discount, not good enough as the goods are the poorest of the poor and I wouldn’t put my dog into them.

The goods come from Zhejiang Provence 32200, China.

Credit card go informed today and here is hoping AMEX put a stop to dealing with them as they all should.

Same experience as others - pretend to be UK company.

Refused to cancel order even if not shipped.

Fake Trust Pilot review shown on their website.

I never order clothes from Chinese sites as return process is a joke and it costs more to send items back so you are stuck with them.

And they are selling stuff at UK prices!

Lesson learned.

Scammers-fake web site giving them 5 stars from trust-pilot.i bought sandals that came like 8 weeks later and bore no resemblance to what a`I ordered.I complained and they said I have to send them back to china by registered Mail on my dime and then I might get a refund.DO NOT USE!

Saw an ad on facebook which showed 5 star rating, so placed an order. I had now idea it was a scam selling cheap chinese fakes until my order arrived some weeks later. The items don't fit and look what they are - cheap! I wish I had checked them out on Trustpilot before placing my order - lesson learned. Avoid these scammers.

Ordered jackets at not a cheap price took over 6 weeks to arrive and at least 3 or 4 sizes TOO SMALL and Logo is nothing like it should be so def shouts out FAKE FAKE FAKE but website states designer jacket. Poorly made, poorly stitched and basically not fit for purpose BUT and it's a BIG BUT - If I want to return the process is lengthy and expensive as returns HAVE to go to CHINA and MUST BE TRACKED. For an £85+ jacket it will cost at least £49.00 to send and very little hope of getting money back.
BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This name mis represents what it is which is a China based company. The jacket and jumper is Ok but the size of the jacket is not true and when we tried to send it back it is to China!!
Very poor responses.
AVOID and it states 5 stars on trust pilot which as you can see it is NOT

My husband purchased a jacket which is too small the sizing seems different.I have asked for a returns label but I need to send it back to china !!! The company name gives the impression it is in the UK but no china if I send it back I’m not guaranteed a refund and it could take 16 weeks

Complete scam. Do not order from this company. The clothes are terrible quality, the wrong size and look nothing like the photo. Fraud.

They said I could return for a refund - so I pay to ship it back to China , most unlikely I’d ever receive a refund

This is a fake website and dodgy sellers from China. I'm so hlad I used paypal to pay for a jacket. When they didn't provide any order update for 4 days I raised it with paypal and got refund. They use Trustpilot logo on their website that shows its a 5 star website but if you click on it it brings you to their homepage again. None of the social media icons actually exist. The telephone number on the website is invalid! And there is no way to get in touch with them. The only reason i got saved because I used PayPal and paypal gave me their email ID to resolve the issue.
AVOID!

Do not buy from this company, total scammers… this is not based in London, products come from China.. totally misleading on Facebook… seriously do not touch them 😡😡😡😡

Avoid the company, rely on advertised Facebook posts. Size guide is way off, says it London Fashion but are based in China. The address they said to send it back to doesn’t exist on Google Maps.
