Very, very poor quality. What you see on their website is not real. I would not recommend to anybody. Looks cheap, I won't wear this dress, waste of money.

totally mis-led me and stated Linen Blend and it is 100 percent polyester

This is a horrendous company to deal with. They ignore your emails and tell you you can’t return items. I would suggest no one buys from this company.

I would give 0.5 stars if possible because it arrived.
For my birthday, I asked for what looked like a beautiful, soft roll neck jumper that was described as replicating cashmere. The pictures on the website showed a gorgeous looking and feeling jumper.
Unfortunately, it arrived and it is extremely cheap in look and feel. The sleeves are really short and look ridiculous. I feel I cannot share this information with the very kind relative who gave this to me as a gift because it was a lot of money and so generous of them.
However, if I had bought it for myself (which I couldn't because of my low income), I would absolutely demand a full refund and return it.
I am writing this because I don't want others to be misled about the quality and authenticity of this company.

False advertisement they make out their in London but actually it’s from Hong Kong, the quality is awful, the sizing is wrong and when you want a refund they want you to pay to send it back which is expensive

Unfortunately the whole thing was just a scam. I bought what was claimed to be an original brand product only to turn into a fake copy of it. I have tried to contact them for a refund but nothing came out of it. Stay away from this place.

still waiting for my order scam company says London but actually China have reported them and they are been looked into for false advertising among other things. AVOID

Dresses arrived after 3 weeks . NOTHING like the dresses on website , wrong colour and material . Poor quality and from China , asked for address to return the item , website says at buyers costs , I could except that if I was returning items I ordered but the dresses are hideous ! Not what is advertised on the London .com website at all. Then to be told the cheapest way to return tracked is £26! And I have to pay a restocking fee . For dresses I never ordered !! When I question this am offered a credit on the website . No thank you! And then receive an email saying my case is closed ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

GRAND LONDON CLOTHING BRAND IS A SCAM AVOID

Total scam,I found advert on Snapchat for boss cloths that never arrived.

I actually need to put a bunch of negative stars because I was on anti- social club website to buy a sweatshirt and apparently when I put my credit card number in and everything … on the back end, it took me to this damn company. No email no nothing and then eight weeks later I get this counterfeit sweatshirt, but my credit card company will not reimburse me. I had to fight with my credit card company and they ended up giving me some miles and they were the ones that had to give me the email address to this China company. I had absolutely no idea. It was taking me to the London fashions or whatever and on my bank statement it actually described this I was an electronic company.

Fake goods sold as genuine brand names, quality and sizes are nothing like what they advertise. They won’t refund you either, expect you to pay shipping costs back to China and then say they will refund you but claim they never received the items. If you have purchased and not happy with the goods and you’re having difficulty with them try to log a dispute with your bank as that is the only way you might get your money back!

Do not order from London Outfit .
The coat I received is unwearable , explained over email the inners are coming out , the zip is broken , the hood is torn .
The email offered a 30% refund , never heard such rubbish .

So please do not waste your money .

Scam site!!! Order back in November and my parcel still hasn’t arrived. After multiple emails back and forth with no update on it. I have gone through my bank for a chargeback which so far is successful due to it being over 2 months and my tracking number is still at the airport lol. You will be scammed if you buy from this fake London shops that operate from china.

Do not order from this website.
Order takes a life time to arrive.
Both items I ordered where wrong colour,
Wrong size and of low quality.
Almost 3 months later, I have received only part of my original order correctly and now arguing
About the second part of my order which apparently has disappeared.
Bad products, bad service.
Looks like every other review says the same.

Give it one start is to much. Chinese rubbish not from London as stated. Took over a month to come and when it did after numerous emails asking where my items were the packaging was damaged. 30% or send it back at your own cost. No
refund received. Just awful load of rubbish fuming.

Absolute scam sell fake products

Waited 5 weeks for a jumper I ordered.. size L.. wouldn’t fit a 10 year old! Haven’t received my money back either! TOTAL SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute rubbish. Bought a Boss body warmer and it was fake. Not only was it fake it was a really poor quality fake. It didn’t even have the body label inside. Disgraceful company avoid like the plague
