When my cardigan eventually arrived after numerous emails. The poor quality item would not even fit my slim 13yr old son. Suffice to say that I have not received any messages from the seller after complaining. Disappointed

sentro-London.com is the worst comoany. I ordered 2 dresses both came and 1 was way too small I’ve contacted them but not heard anything back. I can’t send item back without their approval but they don’t respond to emails. They have a trust pilot reviews of 4.5 but you can’t click on reviews to see any. Scam company just list £65 for a dress that would fit a 7 year old certainly not XL

Do not use this company paid £40 for a dress that has never arrived. Customer service is appalling. I suspect this will never be received.

Total scam! Ordered 2 beautiful dresses, size XL; received 2 horrible dresses maybe to fit an 10 year old little girl! No response to my emails or contactform, asking instructions and approval for return. BEWARE!!!! They use several names, such as FASHIONISTA LONDON, LAND VAN MODE, REVERE LONDON and MY STORE (this last one by the way, is a respectable store in Beverwijk - the Netherlands wich sells cooking supplies).

Had to contact with regards to late delivery of a dress, totally undersized when it did eventually arrive.i have sent several emails to them for return details,as no invoice or order details in package, or confirmation email on order still waiting.very disappointed would not recommend at all.

Run away from this company. They are scammers! They are sending you totally different products than on the pictures. Very bad quality, very poor! I didn't even try this product because was horrible. They don't want you to return this products, sending you lots of horrible offers just not to give you back your money. They sent you back some emails and after them email doesn't exists any more.

Should be zero stars. Absolutely appalling quality, total rubbish. Responded with generic emails, there is no packaging info to be able to return anyway. Don’t bother!

Absolute rubbish material and workmanship. I didn’t even try the items on! They make out it’s London based which is not the case. Trying to get a return authorisation and like others I’m getting nowhere. Will have to get in touch with credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Total rubbish and what a shame, so much resource wasted to produce such rubbish, when they could have done it properly.

Total scammers as previous reviewers have said. Clothes poor quality and they simply won't let you return them, exactly as other reviewers have described. Will be reporting to Trading Standards and my bank.

I bought a dress from Revere London and they are making it impossible to return an item.
They use sustainability as an excuse to not receive a return. They then say to gift it to a friend and they’ll give you 20% off as a “good will gesture” as if it’s their money! As if I’ll ever gift such a bad material to a friend or even a stranger.
It’s a scam. Companies who know they have a good product, will receive a return rather than keep the stock away from their warehouse (in this case it’s in Asia apparently)

Inform your Bank as they've got specialised scamming and fraud teams dealing with organisations like these. They aim to get you the money back and in my case they did.

An absolute disgrace! Please do not use this company!!!
Ordered a pair of leather shoes, they arrived weeks late, not leather and the wrong size. Impossible to get a refund! Products come from china…

I spent £85 ordering two dressers back in May and the items have still not been received..... and from reading the reviews.....even if they do turn up...I doubt they will be of good quality.

Total scam. Website in multiple breach of consumer and advertising law. Products non-returnable. Should be banned from social media advertising. I have reported to Trading Standards

I cannot believe the hassle I have had trying to ask for a refund.
They keep sending generic emails, offering a 30% discount, plus a 50% off voucher for the next purchase but there won't be a next time.
I returned an item to them because the quality of the material was poor, I hadn't even tried it on.
I returned the item over 3 weeks ago, I have proof of postage.
I have never experienced such poor customer service.
I will now have to take this to the bank and ask if they can retrieve my money.

I ordered from this company on Instagram they called themselves Revere LDN I tried to contact them to send a returns label i sent several emails and they bounced back then i noticed they had taken £95.88 from my credit card i email them and they said i had put the order in no way the ordered arrived the clothes were awful i again requested a returns label No response Don’t touch them they are real scammers.Penelope

Don't waste your money! If you need to return anything, you have to pay to ship it to China even though the company says London. You have to jump through hoops to return it. They even ask for more money, repeatedly offer a discount and make it infuriatingly difficult to return.

I’m fizzing that I have to give a one star review! This company is a total scam!! Do not order from them, ordered a cardigan and never received it, have emailed several times and no response! Avoid them like the plague
