London Drains Direct Reviews

They showed up on time, were fast, polite, funny, and got the job done. There were no surprises with the costs and it was all as expected. I will definitely use them again if my drain gets blocked!

Fantastic experience from Ben - London Drains. Highly recommend. He cleared a blocked sink. Very friendly and helpful.

What an amazing young man, very polite, nothing was too much!

We had a problem with our outdoor drainage. Ben Roberts came and was extremely professional. Once he identified the problem, as my house is a shared drainage system, he contacted Thames Water and explained all the issues. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Before leaving, he cleaned and disinfected the driveway.

Ben and Dave were excellent. They arrived a little early but that proved to be usefull. They spent the time making sure that everything was done properly. They didn't pressure me to have the drain properly cleaned and were most pleasant and professional.

Very efficient, quick, and good prices.

As a school manager,I've dealt with other companies and engineers, but this guy gets 5 ⭐ for what he did. He arrived on a Saturday morning and tackled a very large sewer blockage. After unblocking it, he used a CCTV camera to see where the problem was, which not all companies do on the same day. He also cleaned and disinfected the playground.

Ben Roberts from direct drains attended blockage in Forest Hill - fantastic service, clear explanation of the issue, arrived on time and sorted issue.
Would highly recommend and use again.

Ben was extremely thorough and helpful, explaining the process throughout and spending the time to ensure the job was done properly.

Ben did a brilliant job clearing a severely blocked up sink waste pipe, which isn’t easy given the set up in our flat. Genuinely friendly bloke too. Great service.

Thorough, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Problem solved.

Ben and Harry were excellent. It wasn’t a straight forward drain unblocking and they still managed it quickly, cleanly and effectively. Highly recommended, thank you both 👍

Great service and did as much as they could. We will be calling them back for further work. Thanks to Ben & Harry

Amazing service from Ben! We had an issue with our drains and he came here on the same day and efficiently got the job done, we couldn't be any happier with the service. He explained everything clearly and gave us advice going forward, we are very pleased.
