Ive bought stuff for myself, & gifts for friends & never been disappointed. It is definitely worth getting on their mailing list & checking their sale section - there are some amazing bargains to be had! Found London Loves Beauty by chance when looking for a product and am so happy that I did! They have a great selection of products and competitive prices. I was especially impressed by how quick the order came as they warned it might take a while so when it came in a few days I was pleasantly surprised. I also received a personalised thank you message with some treats - nice little touch and signals that they appreciate their customers!

Like another reviewer, I found London Loves Beauty by chance when I was looking for the Good Molecules Discolouration Serum. I purchased a couple of the GM products, all of which I am happy with. A lovely Customer Services Agent called Kira responded to my emails when I was being a bit indecisive about a product.
I will definitely order from LLB again.
Products were packaged well and delivered on time.

I ordered JLo Beauty Glow 4 piece kit which was I think more expensive than what it’s sold for in the US however, I love the products, they really work and I want to buy more.

Over a month ago I ordered a product from LLB. It arrived to my surprise the very next day! I was blown away with the service and was really happy as it was a daily product I used that I had run out off.
A month later I decided to re/order the product plus something extra (expecting it to arrive in a similar time frame). This was 15 days ago... and there is still no sign of my order. Customer services sent me a link to say it was posted to me 11 days after I had actually placed the order! That was 5 days ago. It has STILL not arrived. I can't understand how the company can be so slick and efficient the first time round and second time round - same product - a complete let down.
Shan't be ordering again LLB, just too unreliable for my beauty staples.

I love makeup and skincare and this is a great site for products that are difficult to find in the Uk , They stock a great range of brands, ordering is quick and easy, with good sale buys.

I was hesitant to buy the NYX brush because it was a lot cheaper on this site than the official one and thought the product might be fake but it was 100% legit. It came on time and was delivered in a decent packaging.

Had a wonderful experience! Fast shipping and delivery, products came in perfect condition. Even still had out of stock products from other shops available. Will use again!

I had a wonderful experience with London loves beauty it got here within one week. The palette is beautiful. Its olori2 it was cheaper than getting it from America. They emailed me to let me know when the package left great communication. I'm wearing the palette now all in all I would totally recommend London loves beauty! Thanks Laura from Ireland

I’ve ordered a product which was advertised as an older version so I decided to send it back. They refunded me the full amount without any issue.

I was slightly unsure if to trust the site as I've not heard of them before!!
But I DEFINITELY will be using again! I ordered Wednesday.. it was packed and shipped the same day!. I received my parcel Thursday Morning!.

Love the product range, they provide a variety of authentic products at a suitable price. The shipping is very fast I have received all my product purchase with 2-4 days. Highly recommend, great service.

I think you could do better with the prices, I bought the Laneige lip sleeping mask from here the vanilla flavour which was almost with shipping £35, I mean I made the choice as this flavour wasn’t so common in the UK and it was sold out every other place. Then to pop into TKMAXX and see it for £7.99 I was just gob smacked and after using it, it was even all that, just overrated tbh. That’s my only issue why I probably won’t purchase here again but otherwise everything else is good no issues.

I have no particular issue with the order I've placed in March. Arrived in 7 days (though supposedly London to London) with shipping cost at 5£- one of my biggest pet peeves given the number of retailers offering free shipping but I really wanted the item and the brand doesn't ship overseas and not available via other retailers (the question remains where and how LLB gets it) and was well aware and willing to significantly overpay in my case.
However, I find LLB overall practice very iffy. A month ago ordered few items directly from Tatcha US website which was remarkably cheaper (incl taxes& shipping) than on LLB site and arrived within days, however once Tatcha officially launched in the UK- in Space NK and online, the prices for items launched were suddenly pricematched on LLB, however other products are still extortionate.
(Ordered Topicals Faded directly from US, arrived within 7 days from US at 39£ incl tax/shipping; still 62£ on LLB site)
Just be aware and if you are an absolute beauty junkie that has to have something, then by all means but defo shop around as ethos of this company are pretty questionable.
