My order was exactly as described and presented very nicely. Service was fist class, as is normal for The London Mint Office and delivery was very quick with a better tracking and receipt service. A code is sent to the buyer and has to match the code given to the courier before the goods are handed over. Very well packed and protected against damage. Excellent service from start to finish.
