I have an issue with getting a refund
I had an issue with getting order delivered due to incorrect being advised. Coins were returned to LMO after about 3 weeks Whilst on phone was “sold” another offer.
It arrived but was disappointing so returned for refund. Still waiting after nearly 2 months.
Told they have changed their system and have a backlog
Still waiting,my bank is stopping payments now not helped by the LMO inability to refund as promised

Awful experience trying to get my money…
Awful experience trying to get my money back after returning coins with a no quibble guarantee policy.
Took over 3 months to get my money.
I informed them I was going to contact the financial ombudsman after they sent me threatening correspondence saying I hadnt paid any money. Wouldnt trust them or deal with them again!!!

I have been waiting for a £150 refund for more than 4 weeks, this company is very good in taking your money, but when it comes to refunds is the worst that I have experienced, loads of excuses for a £150 refund, what a shame! This is the way they treat their customers, I will never ever purchase anything from them!
