This review is entirely false. We do not ship to the USA, and the reviewer has not responded to repeated requests from both ourselves and Trustpilot to provide any proof of purchase — no name, email address, or order number has ever been given.

This is the second anonymous and unverified review of this nature in a short period, and we believe it to be a malicious attempt to damage our reputation.

We’ve been in business for over 13 years, proudly serving thousands of customers across the UK and Europe, and are the official UK distributor for several of the world’s most recognised sublimation brands. We also supply some of the UK’s largest printing companies, which speaks for the trust and reliability we’ve built over the years.

We take false claims seriously and have reported this matter to Trustpilot for further review.

We’ve checked thoroughly and can find no record of any order or customer under this name or email address. The reviewer has not responded to any of our emails or to Trustpilot’s requests to verify their purchase with an order number or proof of transaction.

As this is now the second unverified review of this kind, we suspect it may be a malicious attempt to harm our reputation.

We’ve been in business for over 13 years, serving thousands of customers across the UK and Europe, and are the official UK distributor for several leading sublimation manufacturers. We also supply some of the UK’s largest printing companies, which reflects the trust and reliability we’ve built over many years.

Defective products and worst customer service ever

I placed an order on 11.09.2025. On 17.09.2025, I attempted to sublimate a large cutting board, and when I taped it, the coating began to peel off. I contacted the customer service, and the nightmare started. First, blaming and trying to ''intimidate me'' with their shop policy (which was abusive in my
case), the agent refused to accept that there could be a problem with their product. I returned the cutting boards at my own cost, with her promise that they would fully refund the postage.
I sent the parcel back to the address she gave me. After 10 days, I contacted customer service again for an update (nobody bothered to do so).
Again, the agent started to act like a spoiled child, first of all saying they didn't receive our parcel, secondly
refusing our proof of delivery (a simple signature with name and exact hour
when the parcel was delivered), and
asking for more.
After many phone calls to the courier and wasting my entire day, I sent to customer service two more pictures as proof.
Now, I wonder if the pictures were good
enough, or if PayPal convinced
the agent that what she's doing is wrong and abusive?
Anyways, the agent refunded us for the products, with no apologies or any explanation, of course.
Regarding postage, the agent continues
to act like a.... child, not keeping her
word, and to give us a partial refund,
using the word: ''reasonable.'' Of
course, her point contradicts her
previous email, wrong and
abusive...again.
PayPal informed me that the case is still open.
It's been two weeks since then, with no
response, and probably after 90 days,
the Company will be forced to refund us
the full amount of money....
I have an email where the agent asked
me to return the defective items at my
own cost and promised a full refund,
never mentioned something else.
So, if you don't want to have headaches,
AVOID THIS COMPANY. The products are not always bad, but when they are, the Customer Service is horrible.
The funny part is they are not happy when I mentioned the agent name, but in good reviews they have no problem.
Hopefully, this review will not be
deleted.

We’re sorry to read this review but it does not reflect the full facts of the situation. The customer did not follow our clearly stated returns process and chose to use their own courier rather than our prepaid return service. Unfortunately, this led to delays and confusion which were outside of our control.

We did process a full refund for the goods in good faith and have also refunded what we felt was a fair and reasonable amount for postage. The customer has since opened a PayPal case which we are happy to let run its course, confident that it will confirm we acted properly throughout.

We always aim to help our customers quickly and fairly — as shown by the thousands of satisfied customers who have no issue returning items when needed.

10.11.2025 UPDATE: PayPal has now completed its investigation and found fully in our favour, confirming that we handled this matter correctly and fairly from the start.

Great company

Every time I’ve ordered from this company they have always delivered quickly. The items are quality and I have never had any issues sublimating them.

Very Impressed

This was my first time venturing outside of Amazon to purchase sublimation blanks. The website was very easy to navigate and has a huge amount of stock. I purchased, 2 x teddy blanks, key rings, metal tins, (too big for what I had in mind, but that was my own fault, and I can use them for something else I'm sure) and some sublimation sliders, which did seem a little small, but they should be ok. I was kept informed of my order process, and delivery schedule, and it all arrived, well packaged and on time. There was no damage and I am very impressed. I will definitely be using this company again. I have yet to use the blanks, but the website does provide clear suggestions for temps, pressure and timings, though obviously each person's setup will be different, but it's great to have a starting point. Thank you Longforte.

Received 4 out of 6 bottles damaged

Received 4 out of 6 bottles damaged, contacted company straight away and they advised the damage was 'all within manufacturing parameters' so would not accept return. I had to return at my own cost to get my money back for the items. Customer service was very poor, would not recommend this company.
My honest review was also removed from their website by them to hide their quality issues.

EDITED AFTER RESPONSE FROM COMPANY:

I ordered on the 14th Feb, received on the 18th and emailed you the same day to report damaged items. I have all the receipts to prove it, nice try though! It's not even been a month since my order so how could I have waited a month to contact you?

Also I left you a review weeks ago after dealing with you but that was removed. so I've done another one this morning. No offensive language etc in either, just honest feedback of my terrible experience and yet it was taken down.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

However, we must clarify that you contacted us over a month after receiving your order, which is outside the reporting timeframe outlined in our terms and conditions. As a result, it becomes challenging for us to determine whether the damage occurred during transit or while in your possession.

Regarding the issue with your review, our website uses an automated system to screen reviews for spam or offensive language before they are published. This screening process can cause a slight delay between the time customers post reviews and when they appear on our site. Use these week in and week out!! I can't recommend these enough, fantastic service. The mail man thrown my parcel over the neighbors back gate and longforte was so so helpful with helping me with my damaged bottles. I honestly can't recommend them enough

Rude and unhelpful

Requested refund only to be told it had been dispatched and can't be cancelled. Item was then dispatched over 24 hours later.

Terms state 20% restocking fee and return postage.

Obviously refused to cancel so they can charge more.

Staff are rude and arrogant. Refused to send proof of delivery photo because it was illegible and didn't confirm anything!

Rudely told to go elsewhere in future.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. To clarify, your order was processed and dispatched on time, but the courier tracking did not update immediately, which may have caused confusion. Once an order has been processed and handed over to the courier, we are unable to cancel it.

Regarding the proof of delivery, we confirmed that the courier was at the delivery location when your order was marked as delivered. We do not apply a restocking fee unless items are returned in an unsellable condition, which was not the case here, so this was not relevant to your situation.

We tried to be reasonable and explained the situation, but as we were unable to provide a refund outside of our terms, we understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for. While we always aim to assist our customers, we also have to follow fair business practices. If another supplier better suits your needs, we respect your decision.

Your order was cancelled automatically because we had previously banned you from placing orders with us. This decision was made due to your unacceptable behavior towards our customer service team during a prior interaction, where you were rude and abruptly hung up the phone. Our team made every effort to assist you with your previous order, which was delayed by FedEx—a situation entirely out of our control. Despite this, you demanded same-day delivery during the holiday period, which was not feasible. We do not tolerate abusive behavior toward our staff, and we stand by our decision to prioritize their well-being.

Regarding your most recent order, the funds were automatically refunded upon cancellation. Refunds made via card can take 1-2 working days to reflect in your account, as is standard banking practice.

Finally, while you are entitled to voice your dissatisfaction, accusing us of being a "scam company" is both baseless and defamatory. If you are truly intent on pursuing legal action, you might wish to consider the potential consequences of making slanderous claims. However, we would prefer you find a different supplier to work with moving forward.
