Mouldy dog bowl boxes
There was an issue with a product I ordered where the last 14 boxes in a box of 50 had black mould on them. There were no signs of damp or damage to the outer box and had been stored correctly in my warehouse. I contacted customer services and did not get a response until chasing. I was advised that all orders have to be checked upon receipt which I feel is unreasonable to check every single item in multi packs of 50's when there is no sign of damage. I did not even get an apology.

Dissapointing
Edited and changed from 3 stars to 1. I have emailed the customer service had a reply to provide more information which I did and haven’t heard back from again even after emailing more times. Plus finding that also 1 of the mug handles was smashed and the 6oz mugs I ordered aren’t even all the same size. They don’t seem to care.
Dissapointing. I ordered a glass photo frame with mirror edges. I watched numerous videos on how to sublimate to ensure that it worked well. Used a silicone mat to ensure even pressure but not even half way through it I hear crack and open the press to find it smashed. It was for an order for a 40th anniversary present. I also ordered a 40oz tumbler which had like scratches/chips off the coating.
I emailed and had a response for more details on the tumbler but despite responding and emailing again I haven’t heard back again. This was my first order and it doesn’t look as though I will order again.

Honest review from regular customer for…
Honest review from regular customer for many years. Glass coasters with beveled edges where 100% high end. Spent few hundred quid on new order to find they have changed to a cheap very poor quality version at the same price.. I'd advise anyone not to buy these coaters if they have steady repeat customers like me.. my customers refused to buy this cheap quality.

Order not delivered, lots of advertising emails
Order made on 2nd February. They have sent an incorrect item so I asked if they are able to send correct one to arrive by the 14th. They quickly responded apologising and confirming they will do it asap and arrange for the incorrect item to be collected. I’ve emailed again after the 14th asking for a refund. Quick response again apologising for not knowing why it wasn’t dispatched and they issued a refund immediately. Now I still have a box sitting here to be returned and I’m getting advertising emails that don’t have the option to unsubscribe. Hopefully they’ll remove me from their list as I’ve now asked them to.
