Order not delivered, lots of advertising emails
Order made on 2nd February. They have sent an incorrect item so I asked if they are able to send correct one to arrive by the 14th. They quickly responded apologising and confirming they will do it asap and arrange for the incorrect item to be collected. I’ve emailed again after the 14th asking for a refund. Quick response again apologising for not knowing why it wasn’t dispatched and they issued a refund immediately. Now I still have a box sitting here to be returned and I’m getting advertising emails that don’t have the option to unsubscribe. Hopefully they’ll remove me from their list as I’ve now asked them to.

Wicked quick delivery had an issue with three broken mugs. I binned them before contacting company. Lesson learned. Company still refunded them. I will buy again for sure.

An outstanding service, with extremely well packed goods that are rapidly delivered. Would have been five stars if not for the terrible heat tape that left yellow marks on a whole kiln full of mugs.

Damaged and not replaced
Still waiting for 5 water bottles to be replaced. All the others arrived in ripped damaged boxes and I needed the boxes but apparently they are not replaceable.
will not use again and if no replacement received will claim a refund through my bank.
