Lovely items however as I am new to…
Lovely items however as I am new to sublimation I assumed the metal was to be sublimated on the white surface. Not so - the gold is the surface to print on. Can you please pop this detail on the website ?
The cuff blanks are amazing so I will re order those would love a pack of metal with the gold/ aluminium as the non sublimation side?

I managed to mess my own order up by…
I managed to mess my own order up by purchasing the wrong product! I was a bit impatient and reordered the correct items whilst waiting for my reply but Longeforte got back in touch to say they would sort it out for me. they aided in cancelling the new order and went way and above to fix the issue with the first. I can't recommend this company highly enough. All the errors were caused by me and they have sorted me out!

Missing items
Despite being charged for 2 15cm x 15cm photo slates, my order failed to include them. I have attempted to phone and have sent 2 emails, both of which have not been responded to. By giving a low rating I hope to receive a response.!!!!!!

A real shame as the products are good
Placed an order which was delivered damaged. Reported the issue by email expecting the issue to be resolved and received a short sharp response from Dawn dismissing it and saying if I am unhappy, to return everything for a refund. Not even the slightest attempt to resolve. It's a shame because the products they sell are good, but they are available all across the internet so not a problem. Do not buy Titan sublimation paper from them as this comes loosely packed in card and gets damaged and damp in these weather conditions. Again good product, badly packed. I won't be returning. I will give them the opportunity to rectify this and if they do, I will be happy to amend my review.

Sorry to hear you aren't happy with your most recent experience. As my colleague Dawn rightfully mentioned to you in her emails, the boxes you received your items are packaging boxes and we do not classify them as gift boxes. As is to be expected with items that are sent by courier, they will get marked or dented in order to protect the actual printable items and it is impossible for any supplier to guarantee this from not happening and we offered a full refund on the goods if you were unhappy. We thank you for the feedback on the paper packaging and we'll use that to improve this going forward. Again very sorry to hear you aren't happy and won't return over this matter but wish you luck and good fortune!
