Was very well looked after by Thomas in customer care. Professional and competent.

I have ordered many times from this company,with no issues,and I put through an order worth €200 worth of products (when all you bits run out at the one time) e.g shampoo,face cleanser,toner.
I had ordered an eye cream €43.00 (I know,I was being very good ro myself) and a face mask worth €34.00.
These did not come in the box.
I thought it might come separately, but no sign the days after the 1st box came.
So I aired my concern, and thought I was heard. They said they looked back on cctv and said all my items were in the box. Which 2 were not!! All this was done through live chat text. I asked to speak to a human,and they were not helpful to that suggestion, long story short. They actually said the investigation was closed and my account with them is being closed! I genuinely can not understand how a company can do this,and get away with it. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I set up an account and when l went to track order nothing there and then l tried again to login in l couldn't with the correct email and password and l went to reset password and it wouldn't allow you to reset 🤔🤔

I used to find Lookfantastic brilliant. However, the product I ordered arrived damaged, I was asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. I clearly requested a refund. I confirmed with two customer service agents I would be getting a refund rather than a replacement. However, I was sent a replacement and have been told I cannot get a refund unless I post the product back despite me confirming twice I would be getting a refund. I’m not sure why I should be inconvenienced by their mistakes. Extremely disappointing customer service.

I'd give no stars if possible. Terrible delivery and customer service

The AI / automatic aspect of it was just a waste of time and I had to input my details twice.
However, when I got a real customer service representative aka person called Imogen, my issue was sorted promptly

I had an issue with a product I purchased and customer service contacted me straight away and resolved my problem quickly. I dealt with Kalden, Sharlene, Juanita and Holly all of whom were extremely helpful and efficient.

I kept few items in my cart for few days,till yesterday night I was shown free delivery to Ireland after spending 30 euros and even I went to payment section as well and they were showing free tracked delivery,however I didn't press payment button which I thought would do it in the morning, but when I finally wanted to click on The payment method, they showed delivery charges of €4.99 ,to my surprise I contacted customer service and they asked for free delivery screenshot at where they mentioned it,when I tried to take screenshot,the option for free delivery which was showing till last night however removed from The site ,then the googled it and it says free delivery to Ireland over 30 euros..
I still haven't purchased my order

I always have a great experience shopping with look fantastic. Their prices and offers are always great and if there’s ever an issue their customer service is great. Today Mckyle helped me out and it was swift and successful

Origins facial scrub is an excellent product for mature skin. Cleansing. Washes off easily. Invigorating. Very slight citrus scent.

I ordered with this company and the package never arrived. It has been over 2 months now and I still have not received a refund.

Such a great price with great delivery turnaround

I ordered 4 products including a lip stick and lip liner from mac for my wedding day. I received a mascara instead of the lip liner. When I contacted customer service they sent me a refund/replacement link for me to fill in and go return to a shop. I did not receive an apology or any accountability. Two more messages later and they can't confirm if I will get the product or a refund so I don't know if I need to repurchase elsewhere.

Amazing and keeps you updated

Terrible company, they will fraudulently take your money and refuse to engage to come to a resolution. Please see my previous reviews of this shambles of a company.

No resolution yet. Told me they would send out replacement products but on the same day there was problems with dispatchment.

Will not be purchasing from this website again. Very expensive lesson learned.

Your card details are not secure, be careful buying. They signed me up for an 18 a month subscription with some company called complete savings. I was able to block the company from billing me anymore but this site is dodgy and not secure. Avoid buying if possible
