Look Optic goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. I will forever be a lifelong client. I already own at least 12 pairs and just purchased the latest!

I can't even gauge the product. I ordered "two-day shipping" and I am still waiting a week and a half later in Central Oregon for my glasses that are now in Seattle via Portland.
Stellar.

I Do not care for your email F cancer. It’s offensive especially to someone who has experienced cancer several times within the family. Whoever thought that was catchy needs to do a little more research.

Your discounts are bogas, deceptive even, I can get 3 different prices depending on how many places I want to click. It should not be like that, especially for repeat customers.

Just purchased a pair of progressives (Keaton/cinnamon) and I’m so happy with them. They fit great and I wear them all day!

I have no idea where this order is, but it has take nearly two weeks for a shipment within the US. Absolutely horrible. Won't be ordering from them again.

Look Optic lived up to their return policy. They answered me promptly and gave me credit to order the correct glasses. Note - I would recommend clicking on the Sizing tab. After ordering 2 styles that were larger than I thought they would be - I carefully looked at the sizing each style I was considering compared to the one style I have that fits well. The picture can be deceiving. I knew the Keaton's fit me well - I discovered the Bond was much bigger even though the picture looked similar. The Abby was only a tiny bit bigger than Keaton due to a different shape. I ordered with confidence this time and can't wait to receive them so I will have a pair everywhere I need them, Work, House, Purse...

Purchased a selection of progressives. Ended up keeping 2 of the 4. They are great glasses for my needs and look good too! Customer service was responsive when I had a question about refunds on the two I returned.
