The choices of eyewear are great, and the clarity and precision of the lenses is excellent. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. I’ve had opportunity to use the service representatives who are well-informed, quick to respond and see that you’re satisfied. I would definitely purchase again!

I wish I had tried Look Optic progressives before buying contacts and my new prescription glasses. I find the transition lenses “smoother” than the ones in my expensive prescription silhouette frames and my contacts dry out my eyes. I’ve been suggesting these to my friends and relatives as a stylish, high quality, less expensive alternative.
I was easily able to swap out my glasses to stronger magnification, and change out styles that didn’t quite fit my face with the help of Andy in Customer Service - Thank you, again. I love my Look Optics progressives!

Une of the nose pads fell off muse pair. When I enquired if the company could sell me new pads, they, instead, shipped a new pair of lenses to me overnight. Impressive customer service. The glasses are chick and high quality. I always receive complements when I wear them

Overpriced glasses shouldn't have a Return fee for progressives.... Terrible service. Go with a cheaper option that doesn't try to keep your money.

I haven’t even received my glasses yet due to stolen packages but the level of service I have received from the reps is Nordstrom level customer service. I am hopeful that I will receive the replacement package and will return to share the joy I will have from laying hands on my item as I am certain they will be amazing. I would recommend them to any and everyone because customer service is a dying practice in retail, people take your money and tell you to kick rocks and often give you attitude when you are already dealing with a stressful process or upsetting issue like stolen packages. I definitely will order again.

Had the best customer service experience they replaced a broken pair from an email I sent in less than 10 minutes. Shipped me out a new pair without hassle. Andy was a delight to work with!

I don't know what I love more.....the Muse readers or the Customer Service! I am not kidding....the glasses are the best! LOVE, LOVE these Muse readers (I got the gold/pink lenses). I am 56 and I'm always told I look younger. However, I got tired of having to put on the outdated looking readers only to blow the cover on my age. The Muse readers are hands down the sharpest, modern style readers that all women who need readers should have. In addition, the craftsmanship is phenomenal and the way the lenses float without a frame keeps it super stylish while kept in place with the hidden hardware they use. I didn't get the progressives, and may try a pair of those too. Customer Service at this company is literally off the charts! Quick, super accommodating and over the top friendly. I had a slight issue with the delivery and the owner handled this himself, took care of it without me even asking. Do yourself a favor, order a pair or two from this company. Great price and well worth it for the cratsmanship alone. Between the product and the customer service, I promise you, you can't go wrong. If you don't like them, they will take them back no doubt. I am now ordering the new Muse with the brown tinted lenses. Those look amazing too. I don't usually make reviews unless something is extraordinary or something is really bad. In this case with my overall experience with this company and their product, I really had no choice but to share and encourage anyone remotely thinking about ordering from this company.....to do it now!

Great quality glasses and amazing customer service!

I saw an ad on social media and ultimately purchased their progressive readers. From the day I started wearing them, I haven’t needed to take them off and put them on repeatedly like other readers.

I did have a slight issue with the glasses about a month after receiving them, I emailed the shop, Andy responded within hours and by the next day, I already had an email with a tracking number for a replacement pair.

Great customer service is hard to come by and should be rewarded with customers saying so.

I love the glasses from Look Optic, they offer great style and quality. Long gone are the unstylish, Granny readers.
