AWFUL!!! UNIUNI SHIPPING FAILED. NEVER GOT MY GLASSES, JUST CREDIT FOR THE ORDER. I AM A LONG-TIME CLIENT. HAVE BEEN WEARING COSMOS FOR YEARS. I WANTED A FEW NEW ONES. I THINK I AM OWED THE COURTESIES DUE SOMEONE LIKE ME.

These progressive readers are great! Love the frames and I don't have to keep taking them off and on.

There are many varieties of eyewear and stylish frames. Optical quality lenses and different fits for face width. I've tried almost all colors, shades and powers. You can afford to experience change. With regular glasses 🕶️ you are stuck with your $700 choice.

I love the glasses. They are as described and I can actually see through the top. I had other brands that said they were clear on top and they were not.

They charge you for shipping with a delivery company that no one has heard of.

Still no product receipt after Uniuni says it's been "Out for delivery" for five straight days. And I'm not buying the "Delivery attempt failed" message at 10:32am because we get deliveries from all the major carriers and couriers on a daily basis. Customer service has not been reachable.

Andy and the Look Optic team are amazing. I love their Progresssive Readers, so many great options. If you have any questions or concerns they are very prompt and will handle any issues.

This is the 3rd pair of glasses I have I have ordered!
I lost a pair and needed to replace them.
I am always trying new ones but Look Optic is the best value…

Have had several glasses from Look Optic and love them! When they discontinued a particular style that was my fave I reached out to their team and they were incredibly helpful in locating me some of their remaining stock. Really appreciate all of the quick replies and inquiries. Looking forward to ordering more glasses from Look Optic in the future.

This was my first order with Look Optic for new progressive glasses. The order was processed quickly and shipped in under 48 hours. Tracking showed it was accepted by USPS and moved to a secondary distribution center… then nothing. After 8 days of silence on the tracking, I got an email from their AI letting me know I could simply reply to Tuti’s email to request a replacement.
I really appreciated that they were already on top of the issue — I didn’t have to chase them or open a ticket myself. I replied, and almost immediately was connected with a real customer service agent named Andy. He jumped on it right away, placed a new order, and arranged expedited shipping. The replacement arrived the next day.
It’s refreshing when a company combines proactive outreach with a real person who can solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Big kudos to Look Optic (and to Andy) for turning a shipping hiccup into a great customer experience. P.S.I love my new favorite "Gina" Progressive glasses!

I would give zero if I could. My glasses have been “out for delivery” for several days, having already sat in the warehouse for days. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful to put it mildly.

Incredible customer service. Very responsive and helpful. If the glasses are half as good, I’m a repeat customer for sure!

I have at least four pairs of look optic’s glasses. I can’t say enough positive things to say: they are priced right, fashionable, lightweight, high quality and customer service is very efficient and nice. I rarely write reviews but had to take time to share my experience and hopefully someone will find their go to glasses.

Andy aims for client satisfaction and exceeds it! He was instrumental in resolving my dilemma with an issue regarding my Cooper Look Optic glasses. He found a remedy and came through. I plan to keep investing in this brand and the fashion they bring!

Look Optic is exactly what I was looking for after my cataract surgeries. Their progressives give you a blank upper lense, and your reading RX on the bottom. So I can see well for my nearsightedness (distance) which does not need correction & farsightedness (close.) at all times.

I love the frame selections, the sunglasses and some of the colors. I hope to see more colors become available, like red & fuchsia pink for the Laurel frame.

The greatest part of purchasing from Look Optics is their customer service. I have needed assistance on more than one occasion, and their representative Andy, is the most outstanding face of this company! He quickly communicates, he is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and extraordinary in the field of customer satisfaction. If he ever considered for a promotion, now would be the time. (Employee satisfaction is just as significant as customer satisfaction.) Five stars for Andy who knows his products & how to treat his customers. He is the reason I give Look Optics five stars. Thank you for great products, and I look forward to continuing to do business with Look Optics!!

Great product… great style and great price!

These five stars are aimed at the folks who staff the Chat box. (If you aren't human, don't burst my bubble.) I had been hoping to score a pair of Shiny Pink progressive Abbeys the next time they became available, but by the time I got to the website and into Chat, they were gone in my size. BUT the folks who handle the Chat box didn't accept numbers on a screen. Instead, first one and then another of them contacted the warehouse and, over a period of 36 to 48 hours, one of them tracked down a pair for me. I know I'll love these.

Now then, product developers, please come up with more styles for narrow to medium width faces. And in more colors, too.

The progressives work great for me. They are comfortable, and I enjoy wearing them. One of the lenses started falling out a few days ago. I contacted customer service, and they took care of the problem right away.

People are constantly asking where I got them, and I always get excited to tell them about Look Optic. It’s a brand I genuinely love recommending! Recently I accidentally broke one of the temple arms, and I reached out where Andy took care of it immediately with genuine care and no hassle, processing a replacement right away without any judgment.
