Purchased a selection of progressives. Ended up keeping 2 of the 4. They are great glasses for my needs and look good too! Customer service was responsive when I had a question about refunds on the two I returned.

I love Look Optic glasses I have three pairs and have received many compliments. Good quality and was shipped on time.

I emailed regarding a lost screw on a recently purchased pair of progressive glasses. The chat response to my issue was very timely, and a "help ticket" was set up immediately. I was contacted by email and asked to submit photos and, to my delight, I am being sent a replacement pair of glasses.

I have two returns so far with readers I did not care for once they arrived home. Look Optic folks (AI bots really), have been helpful with the process and the return/exchange process is very easy. I also had a shipping issue with the first pair, Look Optic bots notified me there might be an issue and kept an 'eye' out for any changes to notify.

Ive been wearing Look Optic progressive readers for about 4 years. I love them! However, the last pair I ordered never seemed quite right. Customer service reached out as a follow up to my order and I mentioned this. They immediately offered a return or exchange. Life got busy tho and I never got around to making the exchange. Fast forward a few weeks and they reached out again! By that time I was having trouble finding my order number - they found it for me and that’s when I realized the return window had closed back in July. They STILL took care of me! They exchanged for another pair without any hesitation at all! I’m very thankful and appreciative for them reaching out to make sure I was happy!

I have gotten the run-around about my delivery, which weeks later has not been received despite being told it would be expedited, etc. after my numerous compliants. I have let my AMEX company know that the items have never been provided and to seek any payment to this organization back. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I ordered glasses on Sep 3, 2026. Today is Sept 16th and I’m still waiting. When I saw they were being shipped by Uniuni I realized they would not have a code to enter my building. I texted CS and changed the delivery address to a family members home. The CS rep even sent me a photo of the address which I confirmed. Then yesterday I received a message saying they were unable to deliver. Assuming they meant my apartment because I was at the other address waiting. So here it is late afternoon and still no glasses. Even if I’m I love with the glasses I will never reorder until they have reputable delivery.

Never got my item they never answered emails or messages on Instagram and the shipping company could never give me an accurate update they always said being delivered and was never delivered ordered my items September 2nd.

I ordered a pair of glasses online featuring a pink lower section with +2.5 reading magnification and a clear upper section. They were so lovely and versatile that I highly recommended them to my friends. Unfortunately, however, the hinge on the temple developed a problem shortly after, making it impossible to wear them properly. I liked them so much that I was about to order another pair, but I decided to email the company first. Although I haven't received the replacement yet, the representative asked for photos and promised to send a new pair. I am writing this review because I was so satisfied with their service-oriented response. If I do receive the new pair, it will prove to my friends that I made the right choice. Thank you.

I Love Look Optic eyewear. I am an avid purchaser and promoter. When I receive compliments on my glasses (which is frequently) I share the website and positively promote the quality and style of their glasses. The glasses are well-made, stylish, and comfortable to wear all day. I have six different styles, but I frequently wear the pink and brown muse styles, and the black aviators. I highly recommend Look Optic eyewear..

The delivery service is terrible. I still haven’t received my order and there is no way to communicate with the delivery provider. Terrible customer service. You really need to get a better delivery service.

The quality of Look Optic glasses is what caused me to order 2 more pairs all in different colours of course. I scratched my first glasses recently just in time to see that they offer some of their glasses in .25 more in certain frames. I definitely plan to take advantage of that. I love that these have a retro style. They are very sturdy and well worth the price. Nothing like the drug store glasses you can pick up. Definitely worth the price.

I absolutely love the Look Optic progressive glasses. I had to return the ones I initially purchased because I didn’t like the color. I asked for an exchange. I received an answer almost immediately. They provide great customer service. I highly recommend their glasses. So if you’re debating, go ahead and try them. Couldn’t ask for better customer service either.

The choices of eyewear are great, and the clarity and precision of the lenses is excellent. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. I’ve had opportunity to use the service representatives who are well-informed, quick to respond and see that you’re satisfied. I would definitely purchase again!
