As a committed Look Optic customer with 12 pairs of reading glasses, I would give Andy 5-stars for excellent customer service!

Look Optic’s customer service was very prompt in their response time and helpful.

Although the reading glasses that I purchased from Look Optic cost more than any others that I’ve ever bought, they are worth the price.
The quality in the feel and vision is immediately obvious.
The lenses are accurate and quite good.
The frames feel light but simultaneously are strong.
They feel great in place too.
I’d buy another pair … but with this quality probably won’t have to for a long time!

I received my sunglasses, and after a few weeks, one of the screws came loose and wouldn’t tighten. I got a timely, concerned email response from Andy and LOOK shipped another pair right away. Great job!

Update 2: after seeing this review they did refund the entire purchase. There should have been an option on their return form to discuss the return. The glasses were warped. Update: after getting my refund it was actually the $8 plus taxes that they kept from my order. Almost $20 to “try” their glasses. Shipping was fast but the glasses are unusable. The part where it’s magnified is all distorted and worse than my regular vision. I have dollar store magnifiers that work better. Yes I have to look over them or take them off to look up but they’re a couple dollars not $100. THEN to add insult to injury their “don’t fear the fine print” guarantee costs you $9 for a return. I wanted these glasses to work but I have to be able to see using them. Wow.

Andy was very accommodating! I just asked a simple question and he did the processing of my new readers!! He’s very efficient!

The customer service is FANTASTIC. I worked with Andy to help me locate my package. He was quick to reply amd completely resolved my worry and the mailing issue., which was my fault not the business.
Within minutes everything was resolved and he was so kind.
I will order again with Look Optic.

I ordered two progressive eye glasses. One worked, the other didn't.
Andy made the return process seamless! He was quick to respond my questions and his communication was caring and professional.
I am enjoying the pair I kept.

I absolutely love Look Optic! I own more than four pairs of their progressive glasses, and they’ve all been fantastic. They’re lightweight, stylish, comfortable, and the quality is excellent. Their customer service is outstanding as well. Highly recommend!

I love my new readers! Progressives made a huge difference for me, especially at work. I don’t have to keep pulling my glasses off when someone comes to my desk in order to see them clearly.
There was a snag with the delivery of my glasses so I emailed them and received a response within minutes. They took care of the problem and I had my glasses within a few days. I’m very impressed with their customer service!

I love my three pairs of glasses with transition lenses! I like them more than my expensive glasses. I have them in sunglasses as well.

I recently decided to add a couple more pairs of LOOK OPTIC glasses to my collection, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re stylish, exceptionally well made, and the perfect accessory for any outfit.

This time I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a pair of progressive lenses, and I expect to wear them every day. After placing my order, I realized I should have also purchased a pair for a family member who’s started having trouble seeing things up close (she just turned 45! 🤷‍♀️).

I contacted customer service, and they immediately added the extra pair to my order so I could still take advantage of the free shipping and discount. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive!

LOOK OPTIC Customer Service is sensational! I noticed a mixup in my order confirmation, and when notified, Andy got right on it and corrected it. I am not surprised. Everything about this company and its products is outstanding. I love their Progressives, and now that their most fashionable large frames now come in a Medium option, I also tried their Muse-M. I loved it so much that I had to order their Laurel-M as well. Can’t wait for it to arrive!

I purchased a pair of readers (Cosmo) and loved them immediately! Unfortunately the little screw that keeps the arm on fell out. I was so bummed but thought I'd reach out. I did and received the nicest email from Andy saying he was shipping me out a new pair! WHAT!!!??? WOW. What great customer service. Look Optic is legit - I'm a happy customer.

I started wearing my progressives and have not had any trouble adjusting to them. I put my drugstore readers in a drawer and now have three pairs of progressives and get compliments on them all the time. You have made a good product.

The glasses are so cute, but the glass popped out of one side very soon after receiving.

I love my glasses. They are better than my prescription glasses. I look forward to get another pair.
