I ordered a pair of readers and paid $60. They were too small/narrow. I returned them, and I only received $39 back. I regret giving them a try and have made sure others know the scam. I would NEVER recommend.

Very fast customer service. Great quality. This is my 4th pair and the only brand I will wear for readers.

Once again, Look Optic's customer service team was very responsive, professional and offered great service all around. I had previously contacted customer service to request help ordering my favorite pair of glasses that were no longer available online. However, I failed to specify that I wanted the progressives instead of the plain readers. When I pointed out my error, I was quickly provided a label to return the 2 pairs and a replacement order was made by customer service, honoring an ongoing sale! Easy and efficient! I love my look optics and love that the customer service matches the quality of the glasses!

They made it so easy to return one pair. They just replaced it instead of making me return and jumping through hoops. They are my favorite readers. That is all I wear now.

My experience with this company has been perfect. Their products are top quality, prices are reasonable and match product. They also have very good sales and nice discounts. I’ve only had my Look Optic frames for about a month. The company worked with me to get the right fit and style. Returns and exchanges are very easy. Ok will NEVER go back to regular readers. These are a dream!

When I had an issue with a newly purchased pair of glasses from Look Optic, they immediately and courteously rectified the situation by sending out a replacement. I appreciate such a commitment to customer service!

Stellar Customer Service. One of my lenses in my favorite blue framed glasses (Cosmo Lake Blue Progressive) had fogged a bit. Andy Leary, co-founder of Look Optic, responded to my request, sent me a new pair the same day.
When my package was 'late', I again requested assistance. The Team sent me the delivery driver's photo of where the package was left. Whoops, wrong gate, neighbor who picked up the package, forgot to tell me she had it. Problems solved. Thank you Andy and All. Great glasses and great service. My faith in business is almost restored.

I had ordered my glasses with an expected delivery by the USPS. Although they said delivered I never received them. After reaching out to Look Optic, they replaced the glasses and shipped them overnight.
Not only do I love my new glasses but the customer service was exceptional!

The product is very good. It works and with the sale discounts it is fairly priced. I would just extend the full discount to your long time customers on all sales.

I bought two different pair of progressive readers and I love them! I had already damaged my nosepad about a week after getting them so I requested a repair and they dont so repairs so they are sending me a new pair! The customer service agents are super responsive via email! Im very impressed and glad I made the investment!

I had a problem with delivery because I live in a remote area, the team at Look Optic was very responsive and made sure a new pair got sent out right away. Also, I had ordered the wrong magnification, and they were very helpful and professional about changing to the correct magnification. Their customer service is outstanding. And the product is amazing too. Love my progressives, getting the sunglasses next.

I recently ordered two pairs of glasses: one arrived with a rebellious nosepiece, and the other proved that my eyesight is officially worse than I cared to admit (I ordered a strength too weak).

When I reached out to customer service, I expected the usual corporate waiting game. Instead, they handled both issues in under 30 minutes. Not only were they incredibly responsive and empathetic, but they actually checked back in within the hour just to make sure we were still on good terms.

I received my glasses but apparently i had ordered straight readers instead of progressive. I wore them to work the next day any way to see if i could make them work but after a few hours decided I'd better exchange them....but only after receiving numerous compliments on my adorable glasses!! I've shared the link with plenty of co-workers and I've initiated my exchange, which was super easy by a rep who was super helpful. I'll definitely use them again!

Original order lost via USPS and even though it was not Look Optics fault they made it right and I was shipped a new pair via a different carrier (UPS) via overnight. We did wait a few days to give the usps time to locate the lost package but after 3 days they did not hesitate to take care of the replacement. I can’t wait to now order the Muse in the green and brown gradient! I have two pairs of clear and now the pink. These are the best and I am always getting compliments. Looking forward to owning the entire lineup!
