I ordered my boyfriend a watch and he absolutely LOVED, we had an issue with one of the dials coming loose. I contacted Lord and within a day they sent me information to send the watch to either repair or replace. After they received the watch they said it needed to be replaced so they gave an additional allowance to pick out a higher priced watch. Currently waiting on the second watch but very pleased so far. Katie Ann and Andrew were the representative who have been helping me. VERY SATISFIED!!

I bought a watch almost a year ago. After a while had some problems with it. Katie Ann from custumer service solved it in a fast and friendly. Totally happy with the watch and the service.

Had a problem with a leather strap. One sent out but lost in transit. Unfortunately email system to customer services doesn't work to well with follow up emails. (Something to do with showing the issue as resolved) would advise anyone to ring them or contact via social media for a follow up. Well done Tom, social media guy, he got it sorted.

Katie Ann is an absolute star. i ordered a watch and needed it urgently. i forgot to put one day postage. After emailing and stresseing that i needed the watch with one day delivery, Katie Ann made sure it was dispatched with in an hour. i received an email from her saying that from my emails she was guessing it was a gift and hoped i didnt mind that she had gift wrapped it!!! i am gobsmacked at the level of service she has provided. After my initial experience with Lord Timepieces, which involved a self winding watch with a very cheap Chinese movement, I gave them 2 stars for very unsatisfactory customer service. As a result of the efforts of one of their team I subsequently deleted this review and gave them 4 stars because they undertook to overhaul their returns policy. I have now deleted this review and substituted one for five stars as they have amended their returns policy as promised. So, a victory for the consumer, of sorts, I would still steer clear of the Chinese self winders though.

The Customer Service I received from your Staff Ms Katie was absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend loved the timepiece I bought for him from Lorde. I will definitely buy more from you guys! x

Amazing watches, love mine!

I can not express how amazed I am by this company and the customer service received by Katie Ann and her team. I have purchased watches from Lords in the past. It’s not the fact that their watches are great quality that makes them different but the aftercare service you receive. I had a small issue and they where able to fix it immediately without any hesitation to support me. You hardly see companies who are willing to provide an aftercare service. I would highly recommend Lords Timepiece to anyone!

I’ve ordered several times from here and always been impressed. The watches are always excellent quality and look very expensive! I’ve had to contact customer services a couple of times (my fault) and they have always been so lovely and helpful!

I had a buckle come off the strap of my watch. As soon as Lord had my order number they dispatched a replacement strap. Can’t be faulted.

Yes a great company, i had a problem with a watch and they fixed it clearly, completely, and all that with a person really kind !
