Love Sew Reviews

Everything I've bought from Love Sew has been fantastic. They've got good quality fabric, great BOM's, fast shipping, and they package all their orders great.

I recently joined a quilting block‑of‑the‑month program after seeing an Instagram ad offering half off the first month. When the discount didn’t appear at checkout, I emailed the company. They kindly asked for a screenshot, but I couldn’t find the post again no matter how far I scrolled. I let them know and thanked them anyway — and to my surprise, they credited me the discount without hesitation. That kind of integrity and customer care is rare these days. I’m genuinely impressed and happy to support a company that treats customers so well.

I’m doing the BOM project and I love the colors, the fabrics are good quality. I have not one complaint.

The fabric is beautiful! I’ve actually got 3 different block of the month coming and they come as planned. Right on time. Easy order process. I’ll wait to start till I receive all of the blocks. I can not wait!

I absolutely love the marking pens that erase with the heat of my iron! They are a staple in my sewing room. I gave one to each of the students in my Free Motion Quilting class recently. They are dependable and reasonably priced. Glad I can get more when I need them!

I love shopping with Love Sew. I am loving the Quilt if the Month that I am doing. The customer service is amazing.

I absolutely love the month-to-month quilt kits! The materials are excellent quality, and the instructions are clear, detailed, and easy to follow.”

They are wonderful to work with. There directions are great. Packaging is stellar and this is the first BOM I've made with them and would do it again.

Fabric is wonderful. I love the challenge of the quilt

I have learned so much from joining block of the month. I’ve received beautiful and high quality fabrics. Instructions are clear and easy, even for me, a beginner! I really appreciate how they give you plenty of fabric just in case you make a small measuring error and you can always order more if it’s a bigger one. I will continue to shop at Love to Sew!

My Block of the month kit has been everything promised. The material is very nice and the instructions are clear and complete.

My block of the month has been great. Not overwhelming and customer service has been great.
Thank you

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU HAVE TIME SENSITIVE PROJECT!! They actually deserve 0 stars!!
Ordered fabric on Jan 30, confirmation email sent. I began emailing them on 2/11 since all I heard were crickets. First response was auto reply. Second reply same day was 'let us check with our fullfillment'. More crickets!
On 2/14 I sent email stating I was going to contact credit card company to cancel payment due to non delivery. In less than 24 hrs I get email with apologies that they ran out of fabric and were issuing a refund - order cancelled. This is obviously a way to prevent me from saying 'they didn't deliver'. Will be checking for refund!!
The interesting part is that I went back to their website and guess what? The exact fabric is indeed still available for ordering. Must be a bigger hit to have a credit company dispute a charge vs the consumer.
I would bet money that their raving reviews are AI and not real customers :)

UPDATE: I did receive full refund but still would not order from them ever again!

I have always loved log cabin pattern. So much fun. Fabric is really nice. Great instructions. Thank you

I have completed 2 months of this quilt and the fabric is awesome. The quality of fabulous is very nice to work with. Company offers receiving blocks early if you are ready for them.

I’m working on Love See Bellflower Tulip BOM month 7. I love this fabric! Instructions are easy to understand and the number of blocks is listed under the finished block.

A special offer of quilt storage bags, (a zippered cloth type bag to store completed quilts where they will stay clean, plus it has a handle and small plastic window so you can see what’s in there without opening the bag). I purchased 2 to give as a gift.

There was reliable communication, which was helpful.
The product was well-made, and the markings gave correct seam allowances, especially with the use of the magnetic seam allowance marker. It is incredibly easy to use and has significantly improved my quilting skills.

This online site is the best ever! The employees really help you out and check back to see how things are going; not to sell you anything else, just checking if there is anything else they can do for you! What a company.

i love the materials and have made about six quilts using them packaging is awesome, love the ribbon they are wrapped with just shows a little extra love and I thing I have some of the sewing gadgets that are helpful, great delivery and very prompt.
