Love Sew Reviews

I am a first time shopper - I ordered for myself well before the Christmas rush (early November) and then my order got "stuck" in transit - It had left the shipping facility but never arrived at my door. I decided reach out to customer service - and they replied to EVERY email. At first, we just waited to see if it might turn up since shipping in November and December was a mess. I told them lets wait til January and try again. They replaced the order and threw in a few freebies for my trouble. I haven't had chance to put the items to use yet - so that is hopefully going to be five star as well.

Love Sew prepares and sends out orders extremely fast. The fabric is amazing and the patterns are well written and easy to follow.

I have ordered a few times from this seller. Her responses have always been quick and accurate.
Her free patterns are fun and easy to follow with great pictures showing how to do the written instructions. I have used them for Grand Camp teaching my granddaughter to sew with fun and quick and cute projects.

Absolutely love all the fabrics and the Kits are my favorites! Thanks Love Sew!!!

Customer Service went above and beyond to fix a problem when a slotted ruler I purchased was damaged during shipping. I would definitely recommend Love Sew and will buy from them again!!! I love the ruler I bought from Love Sew!

I placed an order and used one sale coupon code, only to complete my order and then remember that I had a better coupon code to use. I immediately sent an email asking if my order could be adjusted to reflect the better coupon code. Grace responded shortly after and let me know that my order total was adjusted and the credit was put back in my credit card. This was all done extremely quickly and I continue to be super impressed with the customer service. I'm also excited to get my order because they offer quality products!! Great company!!

Thank you for your quality products, your helpful service people, and your tracked delivery. I have used Love Sew products for myself...and then for gifts for my sewing daughters. My recent purchase was the small rotating mat and ruler. I have not had an opportunity to use it yet, but hoping to in the near future. Shhhh, don't tell my girls.

This site is easy to navigate and full of useful products. I bought extra lights for my sewing machine. They were easy to install and a game changer for seeing what I’m sewing more clearly I highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased fabric and a quilt pattern from Love Sew. The fabrics are lovely in texture and colours are beautiful. The pattern is very easy to follow. There was some fabric missing from the order and the help team were quick to sort out the problem and send the missing fabric.

I recently purchased a product that when received it on 7/6 it was broken. I contacted the support team and explained the problem and requested a refund. This morning I received an email letting me know that a refund for the full amount was credited back to my account. I highly recommend this company and will shop with them again.
