Avoid avoid avoid,ordered a mattress and was advised 1 week,we are now on week 5 and they advised the reason for the delay is that they don't have a driver heading our direction (Dublin).

Terrible experience from start to finish with these guys. Lack of communication on delivery times, damaged product when it arrived, constant delays trying to get a replacement. Because we had opened it they could not take it back!!! We didn't know it was damaged until we opened it. The whole experience took over 3 months to resolve. Very bad customer service all round and the product quality is substandard for what they are charging.
I would NOT recommend this company for the number of reasons outlined above.

Bought a dining set which had some manufacturing issues in two chairs. I didn't mind really, but then 2 months after assembly one of the chairs broke. Contacted customer service, they tried to charge for the replacement parts, I refused as it's an EU directive that items such as furniture need to be made to last, they ended up accepting this after a back and forth but it's been months and they keep coming up with excuses for not delivering the parts or delivering incorrect parts. Sluggish and frankly rather idiotic customer service as they cannot seem to be able to read previous message history.

Buy A table.. Send me a broken table.. Call to say its broken.. Wait for one to come in stock. Get email not instock any more do i want one of these tables in stead. say no thanks please give me a refund.. nope not these low integrity, low lifes.. More emails trying to coax me to buy a table not even in the same color. Then when they eventually give in , now its the courier each week cant collect the broken table.. so therefore I cant get a refund were now at week 5.. They also gas light you with, we sent you an email to book the courier but you never got back to us, or we called you.. ( I live in Canada) This is for a rental property.. Just this BS of lies, so unprofessional.. Today was the new email of how they contacted me the courier will try next week.. DO NOT DO IT!! DONT BUY FROM THESE GANGSTERS.

Wish i could give love furniture no star i ordered a cupboard in october for my eldery mother for christmas 2024 when i call them they keep saying next week its now feb 8 2025 worst company i have ever dealt with

I recently purchased from Love Furniture on lovefurniture.ie, and overall, it was a positive experience. While there were a couple of small hiccups, like needing to assemble some parts myself and a mattress being a bit smaller than expected, the staff more than made up for it. The delivery team, especially Sean and Stefan, were incredibly polite, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the furniture is great, and the prices are very reasonable. I’m happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again. 4 stars!

I ordered and paid for a bookcase in early December expecting delivery before Christmas. After enquiring I was told that it would not be delivered until January - I accepted this - it's a busy time of year. I dealt with a very competent and friendly representative, Clarisse. I was delighted when I received a text message this week to say my item would be delivered on a particular day - I arranged to work from home. I then received a phone call asking for a payment of €45 to deliver because it was outside their free delivery zone. I understood that delivery was free for all of Ireland - they say this everywhere on their website - and when I entered my postcode at payment this was not flagged. So I made my point to Clarisse and she quickly resolved the issue and I received my delivery. It was delivered by Ciaran who was also friendly and efficient. Clarisse pointed me to a link on their website (delivery charges and times) where it is stated, right at the bottom of the page, that there are areas outside the free delivery zone. It is misleading, in the extreme, to say that delivery is free for all orders in Ireland. Surely when the postcode is typed in, that is the time to flag a delivery charge? Overall, when there was an issue it was resolved by Clarisse, but the company website needs to be more honest.

Very impressive customer service. Mark was very responsive and honest on the delivery date.
Darren the delivery guy was also incredibly pleasant and helpful.
Overall a very pleasant shopping experience from a sceptic who usually avoids online shopping.

Do not order from this company. I ordered present for my children for Christmas in November. It was promised they would come before Xmas. That didn't happen and after several phone calls from me asking when they would be delivered I eventually cancelled the order, the refund still hasn't been given back and I have contacted them several times.

Would highly recommend. Delivery man Stevie was very helpful. My daughter cant wait for her new bed to be assembled. Thank you

I was obviously weary ordering online. Well I didn't need to be fantastic service and the bed was amazing not one issue with anything. Also the delivery driver was amazing and so helpful. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered a bed from love furniture, I dealt with maurine over email and she was so helpful and very fast with replying. I even made the mistake of putting in the wrong size bed which she had no problem fixing for me. The delivery was very fast too Stevie G sent updates of how long away he would be and was very pleasant to deal with. The bed I got is unbelievable I'd highly recommend love furniture and id definitely order off them again. I've a very happy daughter too with her new bed.

S, the delivery driver was extremely efficient: sending text updates on the day of delivery, being very quick with the delivery, showing a positive and helpful attitude, and also friendly!
I am delighted with the bookcase. It is strong, sturdy and stable and quite heavy! The depth and size of the shelves is excellent, fitting many large books. It is also attractive, with its oak veneer, and beautifully rounded corners; which enhance its simple unfussy design , and are also a safety feature. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. At sale price, it was extremely economical. Ideal! Thankyou!

seen wardrobe last week looked ok in shop, when delivered full scratches marks . cost me £150 plus similar in B&M for £100 new in box.
delivery men were pleasant but its obviously been trashed about in back of truck

Delivery was a bit messy. 1 piece of the wardrobe door components was missing (we improvised), and while the pieces were numbered on the assembly instructions, not 1 of the actual pieces were numbered... leaving us extremely frustrated and questioning our flat pack furniture making skills!

Over all, not a bad experience, and we're delighted with the wardrobe. Ciaran, our delivery man, was nice.

I recently had a wardrobe delivered, and the experience was smooth from the start to finish. The wardrobe itself is exactly what I expected. The delivery was on time and the delivery guy Sn was fantastic. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend it.
