Great service from Mark. Love my new bed!

While my order was very small I was more than happy with it. I had a phone call with Mark and he proved to be most helpful.

Firstly I leave good feedback back where it is deserved or I wouldn't say anything at all. So to start of 100% a superb place to buy top quality furniture at great prices. Mark in sales was great helping me out in minutes finding me the chair that I wanted and I will be back for the sofa in a few days lol. Yeah with the top sales professionalism he also has a great friendly down to earth communication manner that makes you feel comfortable shopping at the Crumblin road store where he works . All the staff are great there above and beyond the call 👏👏. I'm sure all love furniture stores have great staff , but the Crumblin road love furniture is the top spot & the bar set 👍 . Thanks for everything 🫡

Bought wardrobe from here. 1 year on and only put together 3 months ago as we were a new build. It’s falling apart. Husband does this for a living. He says it’s really cheap mdf and not worth €800

Just purchased two double beds last week .I have used this firm before and was happy with my. purchases Delivery was as promised not sure of delivery mans name Maybe Zian.very polite and helpful.Assembled very well.No delivery charge from Belfast to Donegal

I have now purchased 3 different slide robes with Zain's help and expertise. They were different sizes and looks. I am extremely happy with all 3 robes and would highly recommend this company. They are helpful and prompt and provide a great service.

I made my purchases online and received my confirmation email, thereafter regular updates on when the items were arriving in store and my delivery date.
Delivery driver was pleasant and helpful.
The drawers were flat packed and good quality when compared to others I’ve bought and a good price. Simple instructions with spare items in the build packs. No complaints would buy from again.

Just had Dec deliver my furniture a day earlier then expected, so far absolutely no complaints about delivery and Dec was a gentleman....

5 times I've been lied to, FIVE!!
Surely not? Let's see ...

First of all: before ordering, I checked the item was in stock and was told it was.

Two weeks later: played the text messaging game to accept a delivery date of April 24th.

On April 23rd I was told the item suddenly wasn't in stock, but it was now sourced and would be delivered the following week.

Then we had the 27/28th of May promised. All that was delivered was more insincere apologies.

And here we are on Friday 30th of May: again having been told a courier was being initiated to ensure my furniture was delivered this week and nothing. No notification from any courier to suggest any such arrangement was made.

So yes! 5 broken commitments, which suggest they were all lies.
Initially I thought you were just cowboys, chancing your arm. Advertising furniture from the internet that you might be able to fulfill. I then progressed to believing you to be incompetent - as this loose plan has proved beyond you.
But I was being kind. I now believe you're scammers; taking my payment of €453.70 with no intention of supplying it.
I have now had contact promising delivery next week. This takes the saga in to June. I am therefore deleting a star - because even one is too many.

Companies like yours don't deserve business.This is a very strange company. Having bought a mattress off them last year (delivery was slow) and it was ok in the end, I chanced using them again for a chest of drawers - to save myself €50. I now wish I spent the extra and had it delivered in a few days. Initial indication was it was in stock and would be delivered within 2 weeks. 3 weeks on I got a delivery date (with this high octane series of texts requiring replies) then the day before, it suddenly wasn't in stock, but another one had been sourced. Two weeks on - and 5 weeks in total - still no sign and communication has dried up. It'd be comical - had I not given them €470 for an item I require. My lesson is - shop from a regular shop with a good track record. These people are bizarre and I just want it delivered now.

Stay well away folks. Sent me a sofa bed that looked like it was 2nd hand. Stained and smells like mould. Currently getting nowhere with the so called Customer Service. They actually offered me a refund of €20 and later upped it to €30 if I would keep it. I've just been scammed.
Just giving an update. After back and forth, they sent me out a replacement which is even worse than the original one. Wood on the inside is covered in damp. Stay tuned for further updates and ffs, don't buy off them.

Please Please please stay away from this company they are absolutely disgusting there furniture is terrible I got bedroom set off them a month ago it came damaged and I got a professional to assemble it and was very hard for him to line wardrobes up but couldn't a draw came and had a big hole in it and cracked like it was use before I'm still waiting for my draw 3 weeks now there customer service is a joke and mess u around and not helpful at all this company is a disgrace ive rang them 4 or 5 times and keep bullshitting me basically STAY AWAY FROM THEM THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES OUT THERE TO GET YR FURNITURE FROM

Do not use this company. I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago and despite it being in stock I was told it would be delivered tomorrow. Even got a phone call from the delivery driver yesterday confirming delivery. We took my daughters bed apart and put in a skip which is being collected on the day the bed is being delivered, tomorrow and I get an email this morning saying bed is out of stock and it would be at least another 2 weeks. Customer service awful and they are trying to fob me off with another bed which is in now way similar. Thank god I hadn't paid up front . Was going to pay cash on delivery. So my 12 year old daughter is sleeping on an old mattress on the ground. The thing is their warehouse in in Dublin and we are only 15 mins away from it so how come it takes 3 weeks delivery for an item that was meant to be in stock in their warehouse

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company before christmas, I'll spare the full details but some of the furniture was delivered damaged. The ensuing saga was something else - they couldn't replace the damaged parts, said they wouldn't take the wardrobe back either. They lied and ignored contact at every chance. This went on for months, all the while the furniture sat in boxes in our bedroom. In the end I offered to receive a discount to keep the goods and move on. They would only issue a cheque, and, very oddly, that arrived ripped in the envelope!! This is what you will be up against if something goes wrong - I think they are just middle men, sourcing the furniture and whacking on a premium. The most disappointing thing? The quality is rubbish, wardrobe already falling apart - waste of time, money, and super stressful - avoid at all costs

We bought a wardrobe and chest of drawers from them, the communication was brutal, delivery took forever and now less than 4 months later the wardrobe is falling apart. Cheap tat and no help from the company. Stay away from this company, buying anything from them is a risk!!!

Th service was amazing from Love furniture. Stevie G. Delivered our bunk beds and assembled them as well. He did an amazing job and we were very happy with the service.
We will definitely be using love furniture again in the future.

I purchased a set of day beds (€366) where the lower bed slides under the top bed. On the site they offered a mattress to use with the actual beds I purchased. Quite expensive at €271 but I purchased them anyway. I then included an additional €80 for them to assemble them.
I was abroad when they were delivered and assembled, the guys left the two mattresses against the wall in their plastic wrapping. So I removed the plastic to make up the beds. It was at that stage that I realised they do not fit the beds. Lovefurniture refuse to take responsibility for their wrong listing of pairing this mattress with the bed because the plastic was removed. So I have spent over €900 on a product that I cannot use and they are totally inflexible on taking responsibility for their website listing. They obviously don’t check or test the products they are selling. It is still wrongly listed on their website. Just a dreadful company to deal with.

Don't use this company. Still waiting for them to deliver a part of my bed 4 weeks later. They have lied multiple times and fobbing me off. bad customer service. delivery driver was great but overall the company is a scam. I wouldn't recommend

Happy with furniture, didn’t see option on website for assembly which I would have availed off. Furniture looks great, instructions very easy to follow but difficult to line doors up on wardrobe. The delivery guy was great, not sure how he carried the boxes in because it took two of us to get them up the stairs. Would buy from again.
