Great value for money and comfy
Sofa arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It is very comfortable, the fabric feels velvety but durable, had it a couple of weeks now and can honestly say it is a great bargain and fits beautifully into my living room. Will definitely be back if I need more seating.

Faulty Sofa, Disappointing Aftercare
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.
We purchased a new sofa through Wayfair, which unfortunately arrived with what Love Sofas themselves acknowledged to be a manufacturer’s defect in the fabric. Whilst faults can happen and I appreciate that no company is perfect, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled by Love Sofas.
Initially, I was offered a discount to keep a faulty sofa. When I declined and requested the replacement I was entitled to, I was informed that I would need to dismantle the sofa and repackage it using two layers of protection, including plastic wrap and cardboard, before they would arrange collection and proceed with the replacement. Like most customers, I had disposed of the original packaging after delivery and did not have industrial quantities of packaging materials stored at home.
I found this expectation unreasonable, particularly given that the fault was accepted as a manufacturing issue rather than damage caused by me. The communication felt inflexible and lacking in understanding of the practical difficulties this created.
Thankfully, after contacting Wayfair directly, their customer service team were far more helpful, understanding and proactive in trying to find a resolution. I am hopeful that, with Wayfair’s involvement, this matter will now be resolved appropriately.
My review is therefore not about the fact that a fault occurred, as these things happen. It is about the aftercare and the burden placed on the customer when trying to resolve an issue with a faulty product.

We would like to clarify several points, as we feel your review does not accurately reflect Love Sofas' role in this matter.
Firstly, we acknowledged the manufacturing fault and offered a resolution in line with the options available to us. At no stage did we dispute the issue or refuse assistance.
However, because this purchase was made through Wayfair, the order falls under Wayfair's policies and claims procedures, not Love Sofas' direct-to-customer policies. As the supplier, we are contractually required to follow the retailer's processes and cannot simply disregard or override them. While Wayfair may ultimately choose to make exceptions or offer alternative resolutions, those decisions sit with them as the retailer and are not decisions that Love Sofas is authorised to make.
The packaging requirements you refer to were part of the retailer's collection process for a replacement claim. These were not conditions created by Love Sofas. To suggest that we were personally imposing unreasonable demands is misleading, as we were simply communicating the requirements set out for a retailer-managed return.
We also offered a goodwill discount as an optional resolution to avoid the inconvenience of a return and replacement process. This was not an attempt to avoid our responsibilities but an additional option made available to you.
Whilst we appreciate your frustration with the process, it is important to distinguish between dissatisfaction with Wayfair's policies and dissatisfaction with Love Sofas' service. We did not create the procedures governing your claim, nor did we have the authority to alter them. We acted within the framework imposed on us by the retailer throughout.
For this reason, we believe your review unfairly attributes issues arising from Wayfair's policies to Love Sofas, despite the fact that we acknowledged the fault and sought to assist in accordance with the procedures we were obligated to follow.
