I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have ordered from them several times and have loved every piece I have ordered. The quality is amazing and with so many choices I am always finding something new. Placed an order this evening and their website says their discounts are automatically put on the order page prior to completing order. Never had a problem before, discount was always put on but just as I completed my order this evening I realized discount was not applied so I emailed customer service and explained problem. Email said to allow 24 hours for reply on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends so I figured I would hear by Monday. Not even a half hour later I got an email saying discount was now applied so it should show on my CC statement within 10 days and my order would be sent out tomorrow. I don’t think I have ever received a customer service response so quickly and I’m sure thrre are more orders in the future. Highly recommend this company.

I have been shopping at LoveStylize.com for years now, after coming across their Instagram page and falling in love with all of their beautiful pictures. They have a great selection of jewelry and are always adding new styles. I had an issue with a delivery once and their customer service responded to me immediately. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a customer for sure!

I placed an order on July 13th and my card was charged, but I haven't received any email confirming receipt of the order—let alone any notification that it is being shipped.
They seem like scammers.

Excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry. I received a bracelet cuff that was damaged and sent a replacement right away.

I’ve purchase just two bracelets from “LoveStylize” and I had no qualms about purchasing the second ….The bracelets,!both of them,are wonderful quality and look 👀 great with my older bracelet…. I wear them 24 hrs and they’ve held up beautifully! I just love ❤️ them and will purchase from LoveStylize again…soon!!

I placed an order May 7,2026. The order was returned to the company . I have emailed for a refund with no response . I was a regular customer but now I will not order again if this is your way of responding.

Never disappointed with these! They are as promised and often even better.

I am beyond disappointed with this company and their customer service. I was a returning customer and had purchased jewelry from this site before, so I trusted the quality enough to buy multiple pieces again. One of them was a necklace I gifted my mom for Mother’s Day. She wore it ONE time to a dinner, and the necklace already started losing its color.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I emailed them about the issue and had to send a follow-up email just to even get a response. Then they asked for pictures, only to come back and tell me that because the necklace was “worn,” there was nothing they could do. Excuse me? Jewelry is meant to be worn. If it cannot survive one dinner without fading, then the quality is cheap and poor.

Instead of offering a return, exchange, or standing behind their product, they offered me a coupon for my “next purchase.” What makes you think I would continue spending money with a company that refuses to take accountability for such poor quality products?

Buyers beware. The jewelry may look nice online, but don’t expect it to last or expect customer service to actually help when there’s an issue.

I made my first purchase from Love Stylez and I absolutely love it and I’m going to pick some more items out this week. I highly recommend this company. The jewelry is beautiful very very well-made and I’m very happy with my choice.

I saw an ad on FB, and searched the product. I was looking for a simple, elegant chain. I found the heart chain, ordered it, and was thrilled with it. It is lovely, and of very good quality. It was delivered as scheduled with no problems. I will definitely order from you again.
