I had concerns with an item I received as a Christmas gift, that had developed over time. I received exceptional customer service, resolution and follow up, with John. He worked with me rather than me having to deal with multiple people, and resolved the issue. I just received my ring and CZ earrings. I am so happy with them! The ring feels like comfort to me; to be wearing the whole word of God on my hand is a reminder of Him every time I look down at my hand. The earrings are sparkly and cute...good value for the dollars.

I had an isolated incidence, my package arrived late, open and empty. I took pictures and submitted them in an email, they were very understanding and with no obligation replaced the ring. I am appreciative in good faith they helped me, most companies would have said file a claim and figure it out. I absolutely love my Tree of Life necklace. It is beautifully crafted and well made. I have bought jewelry from other places that looked good online but once received it was cheaply made. However that is not the case with Tanaor jewelry. What you see is what you get. Their jewelry is exactly as described and their support team is honest, friendly, considerate and will go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. I ordered necklaces that exceeded the amount for the extra gift Gold Cross Ring, and a mystery gift. The estimate delivery was targeted just before Christmas; but, since they were out of stock with the 'Cross Ring', they chose to delay shipping the necklaces till the rings came in. The result of that caused the delivery to be after Christmas. The necklaces were as shown on the site.
However, when we saw the 'Cross Ring', we saw that it did NOT look like the pic on their site; it looked closer to a '+' sign than a Christian Cross. After I made them aware of this, they measured the 2 sides of the symbol on some of theirs and said one side was longer; however, it was longer by a tiny amount; hence, it looked more like a '+' symbol; yet, their site shows a Cross that has a distinctly longer side as a Cross does. As far as they were concerned; the case was closed, and I keep the ring that does not look like a cross.

I also discovered, after the fact, even though the site says the entire KJV is on the Nano Chip, in reality, the old testament is in Hebrew; which is mentioned way down in a near the bottom of the 'Certificate of Authentication'. It's bad when faith-based companies use deception.

By the way, the mystery gift is a coupon discount on your next purchase; if you make one.

My only complaint is not having items in stock, with that being said, I love, love, love this jewelry. It never tarnished, can be worn in the shower, and gets many compliments all the time. People want to know where I got it from and I always show and tell them how to purchase it. I have a lot of jewelry, diamonds included and this is by far my favorite jewelry. I have many pieces and love wearing them daily.

They only offer a 16 inch chain on all necklaces. These cannot be replaced, but you can buy an extender. This information is on their product info, but requires you to look for it. Information is in fine print. The average chain length in the US is 18 inches. Somewhat unethical practice for a target market based on faith.
