I contacted Tanaor Jewelry and they approved my Returning the Merchandise. I was given the address and proper procedures to complete the return.
Tanaor Jewelry was fast once they received it, and started the refund process.

It looks a lit like another website called vanoirjewelry. They sell the same product and scamed by having a subscription where tou pay every month. Look out and see if they do the samen, and if they do, you need to cancel the card.

Chip fell out of my ring! HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE, POOR LOW QUALITY. Repeat: the only reason to buy this product is the nano Bible, BUT the chip fell out of my ring!!
Bought this as a special Christmas gift for myself, one month later the Bible chip fell out! The men’s ring is “adjustable” but if you do the slightest adjustment the chip falls out! Customer service says it shouldn’t be adjusted!! FOUR MONTHS LATER, no refund, no rings in stock, they won’t replace unless broken ring returned. So I’m left with, “return the ring, no refund, no replacement in stock” HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
