Not only are the products high quality but I had an issue with shipping. My post office was returning all my packages. They not only have shipped it kindly but actually are shipping it to my mother's address who the gift was originally for. So I would give them a high mark all around

Ordered a necklace that was “supposed” to arrive before Christmas—at least that’s what the ad promised. Fast forward to December 21st, and I finally get a tracking number… just to find out it’s not showing up until the 30th. Nothing says “Merry Christmas” like a present that arrives after the holiday. Thanks for the false advertising!

2nd year buying Tanaor Bible jewelry just beautiful pieces at affordable prices that make beautiful gifts with great customer service if it’s needed!

The actual product you purchase is accurate and nice. That being said don’t fall for all the free gifts if you spend a lot of money on something expensive. They later tell you all the gifts are is coupons that get emailed to you as store credit. Then you find out they can only be used one at a time so if you have a lot of em for $50 a piece can’t use em all on one purchase. They just try to make it to where you have to spend even more money. That part is garbage and in my opinion false hope and advertising to get you to make a purchase.

I can’t say enough about customer service, I had a small issue with my order, which actually turned out to be a me problem, and customer service representative helped me and they were very kind and didn’t call me an idiot, which they absolutely could have and they would’ve been right. The Cross and Tree of Life necklace are absolutely beautiful, I can’t wait for my loved ones to open on Christmas

Albert was great and really came through for me. I am meeting my girlfriends family for Christmas and driving to Wisconsin. While it says it should arrive here in Georgia before Christmas, there was no guarantee it would get here before we leave.

When I raised this concern to Albert, even asking about cancelling the order, I thought maybe he could just change the address to Wisconsin. I soon got an email stating the piece had already been shipped and Albert responded that he reached out to fulfillment to rush the jewelry to me.

I was very disappointed in tew bracelet I purchased. The leatherr looks cheap. I can not figure out how to put the bracelet together. It is supposed to wrap around my arm 3 times. But here is no way to get it to say like it is supposed to look. My soon gave me the cross as a gift and love it. But not bracelet not so much. I thought I was supposed to get a of of certificate of authenticity. But there was none.

This company engages knowingly in false advertising. Their customer service and management have repeatedly refused to address and correct this issue. We should all expect more from a "faith-based" company.
