This is a great company they offer such a beautiful and precious item. I bought two bracelets and I also bought a pen for my brother who is a Doctor Who just lost his daughter to cancer. He was questioning God and I told my brother God did not give your daughter cancer but he is with her now in paradise. When I told him there was the entire Bible on that chip on his pen he immediately kissed it and thanked God. If ever a piece of jewelry could make a point… This is a conversation piece that they created in many different styles. I would love a masculine ring in silver or stainless steel perhaps. I was a bit sceptical but the bracelet is fantastic quality and looks perfect on the wrist. Very wearable as well. The thought of wearing the New Testament is incredible. The parcel was delayed but Tanaor’s customer support is outstanding.

I received a notification indicating that my Tanor Jewelry ring had been delivered. However, when I checked my mailbox, I found that I had received a package intended for someone else, not my ring. I promptly contacted USPS, who initiated a search for my package. After several days, they confirmed that my ring had not been delivered to my mailbox and was deemed unretrievable. I was informed that I would need to reach out to the vendor for a replacement. While I was understandably frustrated by the situation, I believed that the responsibility lay with the USPS carrier rather than the vendor.

Shortly after I sent an email regarding this issue, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from Albert at Tanor Jewelry Support. He inquired about my ring and my satisfaction with the product. I explained the situation to Albert, and to my delight, a few days later, I received a replacement ring from Tanor Jewelry USA.

This is such a GREAT COMPANY. I ordered two pieces of jewelry just over two years ago as gifts and it was such a hit. I just reached out last week to inquire if they had replacement leather bands for the men's bracelet because I wanted to order a replacement since the person I bought it for has worn this every day since I bought it. As far as I know, the original is holding up fine but I'm sure it's a bit worn since he wears it 24/7 except when in water. And Albert, in customer support, treated me as though I were spending a great deal of money, just on this replacement band. He provided such great follow-up and my experience this time as well as two years ago, made me feel this company truly cares about what they do and about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY.

I ordered both a men's silver necklace and men's stability bracelet. The website said that both would come with the certificate of authenticity and that the entire King James Bible was on the nano chip. Also if you ordered over $250 worth of products you would get a free gift. Well the free gift turned out to be a $50 gift certificate which meant in order to use it you would have to buy something more from their website.

The company uses Shopify to process and Bill their orders. The tracking process was less than ideal. They used DHL as a shipper but then the order is turned over to the United States Post office so tracking was a bit tricky. However none of that really matters.

What matters is when the necklace and bracelet arrived they did not have a certificate of authenticity they had a piece of paper saying for original certificates of authenticity go to tanaorjewelry.com but that is just their regular website and such a certificate was not easy to find. So wrote to them inquiring why my products did not have certificates of authenticity. I received a reply back rather quickly saying that the piece of paper that I got was the certificate (no way) and they gave me a link to the specific page on their website where the alleged certificate. Again this Page stated in part "To guarantee the authenticity of our designs, every order includes a Certificate of Authenticity, issued and verified by the Nano Science Center in Tel Aviv." And at the bottom of the page were two letters. One from Dr. Borisenkov from the aforementioned Nano Science Center and the second from Philip C Morris jr. the lead pastor of Parkway Church of God in Tennessee. Pastor Morris confirm that the accurate King James version of the New Testament was present. However Dr. Borisenkov's letter confirms that the King James New Testament is present in English BUT states that the Old Testament although present is in Hebrew. However their website answers the question "What version of the Bible is used?" With this answer "Each TANAOR piece contains the King James Version (KJV), including all 66 books of the Old and New Testaments." This is not true if the Old Testament is in Hebrew.

I'm disappointed that I have been misled as to what I would receive and what the chip actually contained.

They need to be more transparent and honest.

12/15/2025 update - one of the loops on my bracelet fell off (I noticed that it was missing when the band was sticking up so I'm not sure where it went). Contacted company because it allegedly has a lifetime guarantee. Was told that this is normal wear and tear which is not covered under guarantee. Offered to send me a new band for $30.

I bought the 18k Gold, cross, and diamond bracelet. It was beautiful. There were some complications with US customs approval, but Tanaor's customer support made me feel comfortable with their daily updates and worked with FedEx to resolve this issue. It's a beautiful product that my girlfriend loves!
