Hi Mr Bairstow,
Thank you for taking the time to leave the review!
It was really nice chatting with you the other day, and I'm glad we managed to get everything figured out. As we found, the refund had been processed; it had just gone back to a bank card that hadn't been checked.
I'm pleased we were able to track it down together and get everything cleared up. Hopefully our conversation helped provide a bit more clarity around what had happened.
Thanks again for taking the time to speak with us and being so understanding!
Best regards,
The Lovetovisit team
