I brought a caravan in September from Lowdhams however after paying for diamond brite to be applied only to find when I picked it up and took it home the outside was poorly done and rushed. I contacted Lowdhams several times to complain to no avail. However I eventually had contact from a lovely lady in after sales called Christina Kerry , she was so helpful and polite and sorted out my issues within a minute. The day I took the van in again she was so helpful as was the gentleman from the cleaning company that sorted my issues out he was so professional they are both a credit to the company and certainly restored my faith in Lowdhams and I’m now proud to have brought my stunning van from them thank you again Christina .

We’ve just bought our first campervan – a Swift Carrera 184 – from Lowdams, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very first moment, Jamie was absolutely amazing. He made what could’ve been a daunting process so easy and enjoyable. As first-time campervan owners, we had lots of questions, but nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt completely comfortable and confident.

Jamie didn’t just sell us a campervan – he made us feel part of the Lowdams family. His approach, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. We’d looked at plenty of campervans elsewhere and almost went with a competitor, but it was Jamie who made us choose Lowdams. He’s a real credit to the business – an absolute star and someone we now consider a friend.

Everyone else we met at Lowdams was fantastic too. Martin was brilliant and explained everything clearly, and when we collected the van, Steve and Wendy in the shop upstairs were so helpful in getting us the accessories we needed and taking the time to explain how everything worked. Even the team at Beanies Café were lovely – friendly faces and great service all round.

The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding, and we’re already looking forward to coming back to Lowdams for many years to come.

A really good experience picking up our 2nd new Chausson from Lowdhams. A small hickup on the day but soon sorted, well done Chris, a pleasure in dealing with you.

I've had an issue with the tyres on my new Swift Carrera 194 since purchase, possibly due to the vehicle being stood for some time in one spot???
Christina and the team in Service took my issue onboard and were brilliant! Christina always very pleasant in her manner and very helpful and her communication with me, great!
New tyres ordered, appointment made, new tyres fitted, problem sorted, spot on!
Lowdhams of Nottingham are obviously a very busy establishment, I guess this is a lot to do with their professionalism in the way they conduct their business. Staff seem to make your stay there a pleasant experience, Many Thanks!

Caroline was absolutely great, friendly and professional. We are delighted with our new motor home. The whole process went smoothly, a great company to deal with.

After taking some time away to enjoy our new Swift Monza S. We would like to thank Jamie Middup for a very pleasant purchase and handover experience and also not forgetting the ladies on the counter who look after you on arrival and on the telephone.

At no point did we ever feel pressured during or after the sale of our caravan as all the staff were very hospitable, affable and obliging. We were made to feel very welcome as there is a great family atmosphere. The storage compound is excellent and the 'Rally Field' is brilliant.

We collected our new caravan on the 2nd of October, and Phil Howard introduced himself as part of the Lowdhams Sales Team who would be demonstrating all the functionality of our new caravan, lovely lad, it was gleaming and all plugged in ready for us, Phil explained everything so clearly and at anytime I or my wife wasn’t 100% shore, Phil would go through it again, at no time did we feel rushed, himself being a caravan owner could give us some very good tips on his own experiences, really nice lad. We’ve just collected our new campervan and have been delighted with the service we’ve received so far. Jamie Middup, our sales rep, has been super helpful and very patient - as first time buyers we had lots and lots of questions. Great communication and the rest of the team have also been very helpful whenever Jamie was unavailable.

FIAT Proffesionals. What it doesn't say is only if you purchase from them otherwise they say their small workshop can't cope. I think they should remove the logo from their service web page. They won't even deal with recalls even when Fiat themselves tell you to go there.

Expansive range of motorhomes and campervans both used and new. All the staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and all walked around with smiles on their faces. We dealt with Adam in sales who was really helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to sort all the details of our motorhome purchase in an efficient and no nonsense manner. Good accessories shop with a wide range of quality products priced competitively and the onsite cafe was a bonus while we visited. The handover of our new Swift motorhome was excellent and we made use of the overnight Lowdham’s serviced campsite in order to familiarise ourselves with our new vehicle so we could iron anything out before departure the next morning. Overall my wife and I were very impressed.

A massive shout out to Nathan, a true gent who looked after us from start to finish, was more than happy to assist with any queries we had and made the whole process as painless as possible! A credit to the company!

Also, a big thanks to Shirley, who took time to go through the camper that we purchased, was happy to answer any queries and rectify any issues. She wasn’t letting us go until she was satisfied that we were 110% happy!

All in all, the staff were great, extremely hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back!

Great service received on the purchase of our motorhome very informative handover . Must mention the unsung hero’s the guys in the shop really helpful with the purchase of our awning and our ancillary items , all products are competitively priced . Lowdhams have become a destination , cafe is great food ,well worth a visit .
