The person from lowestrates.ca connected me with a broker, and we were well into our quote when the call disconnected, and no one called back. Broker was from Pembridge Insurance.

Poor call back after initial call
First contact was quick. However when it was time to get final info, I sent many messages and emails but never got a response. I had a 2 week window to get it done but never heard from them again and I stayed with current insurance company.
