Great variety of authentic luxury products at excellent prices!

I have been purchasing from ShopThing for years now . They have some really amazing deals and great live shows . I had reached out to ShopThing customer support for a few incidents and they responded extremely quickly ,within a day or even as little as an hour on weekdays . They were able to resolve my issue on both occasions and I was very pleased with their service. Definitely recommend for great designer deals .

My transaction was flawless, happy customer.

Never buy anything from them. They sent me the wrong item which I returned to them and then they told me I still have to pay $75 in duties. So now I paid $75 for nothing and hours of my time was wasted. They are just a scam and their customer support is use less.

I’m happy with the items I’ve ordered, but I’m noticing that the shoppers on the Canadian side of the site are so tiny now that it’s just unrelatable. Tiny as in size 23 - 25 in jeans. I’m not a big person by any stretch, small-medium, size 28/29 Jean, but this site makes me feel like a cow. There were a few more normal bodies at first, but now they all seem to have shrunken. Ergo, most of the items they are trying on/selling are tiny. They occasionally put on something larger, like a medium or a 29 in a jean, and pin it back with their hands. This is basically a site for very thin people, and therefore very young people. I’m deleting it.

Delivered exactly what I ordered- I have ordered over 10 products from ShopThing and they have all been delivered on time and as described- I usually order only new products.

The app is good, definitely lots to choose from. Sometimes shipping is super fast (they usually say that in the event) but regular shipping takes a while.
Also, double check prices online before ordering as I ordered a dress once that was cheaper online than in the app. I always thought they had better deals than anywhere else. After I reached out to customer care, they offered credit on next purchase with this shopper..

A fantastic platform for great design at great prices.

I recently purchased a Prada wallet through this platform, and I’m so happy with it. It arrived in excellent condition, and I’m already using it. The transaction was incredibly smooth, and the item was exactly as described.

What I loved:
• Direct Bargaining: I really appreciated the opportunity to bargain directly with the seller. It’s great to be able to negotiate a discount that works for you.
• Authenticity Peace of Mind: Their refund policy is a game-changer. Knowing you can get your money back if an item is proven to be fake makes buying luxury items so much less stressful.

One area for improvement:
The only downside is that the app/website can feel a bit cluttered. Items that have already been sold often stay in the feed "forever," especially when sellers repost videos. It would be much better if the sold items were removed or filtered out more efficiently, so it's easier to see what is actually still available.

Overall, it’s a fantastic place for designer finds, and I’ll definitely be back!

Overall, I have had a positive experience with ShopThing. I have placed 20 or orders over the few years. Shipping does take a really long time and sometimes they cancel orders but that doesn’t bother me.

Twice I have Ordered items and got a follow up email saying the item isn't available. It's poor policy to notify a customer they've made a purchase and then say they didn't because the item isn't available. I also made a purchase and when i got the item it was something that should never have been sold. The condition of the preloved item was awful and customer service protected the seller not the buyer.

Great experience with this shop. They are always prompt in responding and very helpful in assisting customers with a resolution. Excellent customer service! 😊
