Very responsive to a shipment that was damaged during transport. Shipped a replacement right away. Abhi, the associate was very courteous and quickly resolved the situation. Love the suitcase set.

Professional, addressed my concerns without any hassle and super friendly !!

This is the fifth time I have sent Tucci a request and have not had any response. I purchased a hard back suitcase and in the first use one of the wheels lost the rubber on the wheel. I have trying to find a replacement but the locations they suggest on their web site in Florida is a no longer in business. And the Toronto site fails to respond to my calls. The Tucci site says that the wheel I need is sold out and I have received no response from them on when it would be replenished. Either they have the worst customer service department I have ever experienced, or they have incredibly poor website updates. Either way this company is not one I recommend.

My claim requesting a repair of my newly purchased suitcase was taken care of right away. Everyone was friendly and professional. The service was excellent and I am grateful.

To be honest I would have expected more quality to the product but it is what it is. I understand the fabricator got the reviews and hopefully they will corect the glitch

Bought an expensive carry on luggage for my son which did not even last one leg of the internatinal trip. I registered its warranty prior to use, then emailed the customer service team upon return but they have not replied to over 3 emails to date. Terrible luggae product

I bought a 28 inch Primo Italy luggage bag for over $130 back in early June of this year because the design looked nice & I thought it would hold up.

During, my first use on vacation to Drumheller, this luggage bag was so unreasonable hard to pull behind me because there wasn't enough clearance between the plastic bumpers (behind the wheels) & the even ground. So, whenever I tilted the bag to pull it behind me on the sidewalk, it just kept grinding down the bumpers & then the wheels would get stuck from all the pressure. The wheels were detachable, so I kept having to remove them on the 1st leg of my trip to get them unstuck & rolling again (bag was less then 20lbs full).

On the 2nd leg of my trip the wheels had became so unstable & wobbly from all the resistance of pulling, that they just kept falling off & I kept having to stop, flip the bag over & reattach them again & again.

I contacted customer service about the defects of the bag & requested that they send me a better quality bag (w/out detachable wheels). They said they couldn't guarantee that, but offered to send me a replacement luggage bag on the condition that I cover the shipping/transportation costs for the new bag.

Why would I want to pay more money for another awfully made product?

This was a great experience that I had with the luggage outlet. They provided me with a wonderful Tucci Italy suitcase that I took on my trip. It was very easy to use, maneuver around the airport and much more. The size, quality and colour are also beautiful as well. Overall, I really love this suitcase and potentially may come back for more.

I bought a Tucci case earlier this year for a trip from Canada to Portugal. On the very first flight of a 6-flight round trip, the outer casing of the shell was broken. We were able to tape up the damage and made it to our destination.
I contacted the warranty department about the damage. They informed me that the damage was caused by the airline, so they would not honour the warranty.

On the way home, the case had a hole punched into it and one of the wheels broken.

Horrible cases and useless customer service. I will never buy this brand again.

Customer service was really good. Had problems going with claiming the warrenty but the staff helped alot to claim it. Staff is really helping and friendly.

I purchased a Tucci luggage and a backpack on a very good price. Unfortunately, during travel not sure how, but the inside flap with zip, got damaged. I contacted TITANIO TRAVELGOODS GROUP and Sipia was the girl I dealt with. Since, I had my receipt and warranty card to show, it was an easy replacement. They replaced the luggage for me and showed me other options and colors to choose from. Sipia was great to deal with and I had a great customer experience with them.

Excellent warranty service of 10 years. The suitcase replacement process was quick and hassle-free. Customer service responded fast, and there were no problems getting the replacement approved. Sipia gave us great service — efficient and always with a smile. They also offered a great variety of suitcase choices to select from. Very satisfied with the overall experience.
