The item I ordered didn't fit and was cheap molded plastic. The cosy of postage was more than the item and considering how slim and small they were could have gone in a slim envelope.

Found the LSD online and their prices were excellent. Ordered 2 patio packs and everything went like clockwork, from the initial order to the delivery. Very happy and would definitely use LSD again. Great service.

Shocking.
Shocking.
Ordered and paid for 5 samples.
1 arrived as ordered.
1 arrived and was not what I ordered, basically just a bit of broken slab.
The other three must be on their way but taking over a month to arrive.
I contacted the company who call themselves Landscape Supplies Direct and apparently it’s not ‘Direct’
I’ve since ordered from elsewhere, from my experience so should you.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry for the continued issues with your sample delivery.
As previously explained, the samples from Marshalls, Global Stone, and Talasey Natural Paving are sent directly. While we promptly sent our sample, I sincerely apologise for the accidental inclusion of an incorrect sample in your parcel.
After our last conversation, I processed a full refund and personally followed up with all suppliers regarding your outstanding samples. I'm genuinely sorry to hear they have still not reached you, and I understand this is far from ideal.
I'm glad you've been able to get the samples you needed elsewhere.

Waited a while to write up a review as I have only just got around to using all of the slabs. Reasonably priced. Delivered on the date requested. No breakages in either pallet after eventually getting to the end. Stone appears to be good quality. No complaints at all!

go0od knowledgeable customer service
I needed advice on quantity and colour and Rob was able to answer all my questions and help me decide what I needed.
Only problem, which probably isn't their fault was the delivery.
In spite of being told I would get updates ,the 1st delivery arrived whilst I was on a train 200 miles away and they wanted the car moved off my drive!
Rob was able to sort it with the help of a cooperative lorry driver.

Lovely Garden Gate
I purchased a feather edge garden gate which was made to the size I requested. I am very pleased with the gate which is sturdy and well made. Delivery was on time & I was kept informed via email of the delivery arrangements.

Avoid
I purchased pavetuf clear from LSD, which is almost twice the price of the other brand. When I poured the solution into the sprayer, I noticed that it was not in good condition; it seemed expired and had a foul odor. I submitted a ticket through their system with all the relevant pictures, and I was informed that these images would be forwarded to the manufacturer. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication, no action has been taken. I cannot return the item since it has been opened, nor have I received a replacement. Instead, I was advised to contact the supplier directly, which I find unfair as a customer. I made my purchase from LSD and expected customer service from them, not the manufacturer. I will never purchase from them again.

We want to clarify the steps taken regarding your complaint. As you mentioned, we did receive your ticket and the accompanying pictures. We subsequently forwarded these directly to the manufacturer for their assessment.
The manufacturer confirmed that the product you received is within its expected lifespan and meets their quality standards. They advised us that the "foul odour" you described is characteristic of a chemical product of this nature, and the presence of any minor particles, if present, did not indicate a defect from their end. Furthermore, we did not receive any images of the product in use or of the "black bits" after application, which would have been crucial for the manufacturer to assess a potential issue with the sealant's performance once applied.
As per our standard policy, and in line with the manufacturer's stance that the product was not defective, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened and partially used. This is why we advised you to contact the manufacturer directly regarding a potential replacement, as they are best placed to address specific quality concerns with their product, even after it has been opened.
We understand that this situation is disappointing, and we regret any inconvenience caused. While we always strive to provide excellent customer service, for issues concerning the intrinsic quality of a manufacturer's product, direct communication with the manufacturer is often the most effective route.

Clear patio slab sealer
Ordered item, paid & waited. Granted there was a bank Holiday during the waiting period but heard nothing. I had to do all the chasing. Was informed product was coming direct from manufacturer, no problem with that but heard nothing. No tracking, no email. Nothing. Item did eventually arrive.

We placed your order with the manufacturer, Talasey, on the morning of the 20th. Unfortunately, we later discovered that our initial email to them was missed. When you called us on Tuesday, the 27th, we immediately chased this up, and Talasey assured us it would be sent the next day. We were very disappointed to learn, when you called again on Thursday, the 29th, that it still hadn't been dispatched. At that point, we escalated the issue, and they promised urgent delivery.
While we strive to ensure all orders run smoothly, it's clear we fell short in this instance, and we regret that you bore the brunt of these issues. We're glad to hear your order has now arrived. Please be assured that we are formally addressing this with Talasey to understand why this breakdown occurred and to prevent similar issues in the future.

The cost largely comes from our supplier, EJ (formerly Peter Savage), who manufactures the manhole covers these parts fit into. We actually stock them because we know how easily they can be lost in bad weather, and they're hard to find anywhere else!
We always aim to be transparent with our pricing, which is why all costs are clearly visible before you complete your order.
