My XY doll arrived yesterday after being ordered on Tuesday. The ordering process is simple and straightforward and she arrived in great condition (courtesy of UPS), helped by the excellent packaging. Of course, buying from Lucid means buying a preconfigured doll with no customisation options, but if you know what you want and are happy with that, you can't go wrong :)

Very professional company with great customer service. The two products that I have thus purchased have been perfect with no issues at all. I went for a cheaper item this time, only £50 instead of £190. But still impressed by the quality of purchased item. Would recommend lucidtoys every time, for the simple fact that they are cheaper than any where else!

don't waist your money mine was damaged and it looked nothing like there pictures on there website and when i complained all i got back "we checked it before dispatch and it was in perfect condition"

The fingers are what worries me the most when one moves it around changing positions, you know ...
It's pretty heavy but I love the fact it saves me from doing workout hooof.
The joints one needs to know the points of readjusting, posing the Doll.
Otherwise an Amazing experience with my lovely Neodoll Allure Melanie and Amazing Sue giving us users all support one need, She is very comprehensive and understanding and a Lovely human being, Though we have not met in person.
If you guys want to have some fun and spend you'r hard earned cash I do recommend Lucidtoys it's worth the life investment.
Look after your dollies and your willies will always be trigger happy

I have been searching for a wife for 46 years and decided to give up looking. I have felt suicidal at times, and now I have a Soulmate (doll). She fills an empty space and gives me something to hold onto. She never takes her eyes off me. Now we can create some happy memories. She will never leave me. The last Lockdown has been extremely soul-destroying, especially with Christmas cancelled.

I had a great experience with this company, I needed a lot of help and advice with my purchase, and they bent over backwards to help me and guide me, not once did they fail to get back to me and I found the whole purchase a pleasure. The item I bought was top quality and looked even better than it did in the photos on the site. Like to give praise when it is properly due and this company deserves the highest, I will shop with them again.
