Fantastic customer service by Marta, truly brilliant. I changed my mind on weight the day before and she was more than accomadating. The luggage arrived mid morning on the due date, I had to be out of the house but left a note on the door and they left the bag exactly where i said, and took the note to ensure safety of the bag. Absolutely brilliant, the prices are exactly what they said, no extras or hidden costs. These guys are definitely the most competitive price i found!!!

Was kept informed about the progress of our case at all times.
Case arrived home a week later than planned - unfortunately public holidays delayed the transfer through Spanish Customs and the Spanish take their Bank Holidays seriously. Otherwise very happy with the service and will use it again as it saved a lot of hassle.

I booked a service to have my luggage collected in Japan and delivered to my home in England. After placing the order, I read some reviews that claimed the company was a scam, which made me pretty anxious.

Thankfully, my experience was completely different. The customer service was genuinely great. They kept me updated throughout the process and let me know where my luggage was at each stage. I’d also accidentally packed a prohibited item, but they handled it really well. They coordinated with Immigration to have the item destroyed at my request so the shipment could continue.

My luggage arrived in under a week, and I’m honestly really happy with how everything turned out.

Found them a little pricey but a very speedy service. Picked up Friday 14th in Melbourne and delivered on Monday 17th in London. Very happy with service.

I spoke to the customer service team on quite a few occasions as I had many questions and they were always extremely helpful. Maybe the website could be a but clearer but I highly recommend their service. Also maybe a mention the fuel tax at the quote stage would be beneficial ? Really liked I could select a delivery day and it was delivered as scheduled.
Will definitely re use their service.
