Amazing communication and very reasonably priced. Picked up from Australia on the Friday and delivered to the UK on the Monday. Very impressed!

Great company and answered all of the (many) questions I had via email. Shipped 2 30kg suitcases door to door from Toronto to Belfast. Would use them again.

Great company! Staff were very communicative and helpful, made the process really easy and answered all question. Very straightforward process to organsie luggage for collection. Luggage was sent from NZ to UK in 3 days and before Christmas too! Fantastic. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable it’s so fast track shipping to USA which is my luggage to get there from uk to USA for 4days that’s all, I had spoke to one of staff from email, I’m very happy with their service & good response & good manner attitude, a deliveryman come to collect my luggage which is very good manner this is why I’m satisfied with it. I hope they keep good service

Fast and reliable

Great efficient service. Couldn’t get the documents to load at first so may want to fix this but a customer support member helped me out.

The luggage was delivered really quickly from Australia to the UK.
If you contact the company in GMT time zone they are very fast to respond and helpful.
They were able to arrange specific pick up and delivery days.

You do need to read the list of acceptable items very carefully as it is different to when you take your suitcase with you.

Collected on time (although wasn't sure when it was going to be collected - was only given a range between like 9 and 4 say). Delivered quickly and arrived safe.

An ok service, but a few issues with logistics. Firstly, they are happy or you to guess measurements and weight, but will charge for anything over. This is fine but there is no information about additional charges, so you would have no idea what it would cost if your estimations are not correct. This is terrible if you are travelling and don't have access to a tape measure and scales like you might do at home.
Secondly, on the date of pick up - a full day time slot is provided, and is not narrowed down to even a few hours. This means waiting all day for the collection to take place, as they could turn up at any time from morning to evening. After waiting for 6 hours on the day of collection I emailed to maybe get a better idea of the time of collection, and the response came the next day when the suitcase had been collected. My family back in the UK however got a time slot which at least was good for them and they didnt need to wait the whole day.
My suitcase arrived in good condition, nothing missing or broken, and took just over a week to get there. I do think it was expensive, and had I had more time I would have researched other companies.

Earlier this year I requested for my bag to go from London to Wales, a journey that should have taken 1 day. My bag never arrived. Customer service said they were looking for it but often gave me wishy-washy updates, and then stopped replying all together. Until I posted a negative review here on Trustpilot. Only then did I receive a phone call asking me to take my review down.
They eventually said they gave up looking and would not compensate me for my lost items. This bag had half my wardrobe in it and I had to buy all new clothes. It also contained items of sentimental value.
A total lack of transparency means a provider could just as easily steal bags as lose them, and the customer would never know. Terrible customer service.

Booked the service for the next day collection, bag picked up as scheduled and arrived promptly at arrival destination ahead of schedule, intact and exactly how it was packed.
Will use this service again happily!
Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the website was challenging to upload the customs documents requested and I ended up having to email them to customer service to address. Received no acknowledgment from customer service but as the bag arrived timely and cleared customs, I assumed it was all fine (which it was). Would prefer more proactive customer service - but otherwise no complaints.
