The Best Service Ever
The smoothest, quickest experience ever! Our luggage arrived from Australia to the UK in less than 3 days door to door - for the best price we could find anywhere too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I liked the fast service but …
I liked the fast service and quick responses to my emails. I did not like the service delivery as I paid for 5 suitcases to be picked up, but they only took 4 suitcases. So I had to make last minute plans and incur unexpected expenses to have the 5th bag shipped. When I informed the website, they responded positively and have promised a refund. I am still waiting for this.

NZ to UK suitcase delivery
Suitcase collected and delivered on quoted date. Excellent service. Suggest adding that customers can collect a document wallet (with adhesive backing) from courier company, prior to pick up, to attach waybill to exterior of case. If a customer has relocated to the UK a TOR customs pre approval can expedite clearance and avoid charges. Could be useful to add this information on FAQ? DHL was the carrier used to courier my case. Online tracking is very helpful.

WORST SERVICE ever
WORST SERVICE ever! Don’t waste your money using them. You would not get all your items back and they won’t compensate or refund. Disgusting!!! Thieves! I used them and they lost one of my shipments, 2 months later and still no compensation not even a refund of the shipment cost 😡

Great service
Tracking updates were fantastic, delivered in 5 days from Australia to UK. Straight forward service. Only disappointment is 2/4 wheels have been badly damaged/bent/scuffed and the zip has burst.
