Issue Resolved with Total Satisfaction
Initially I was disappointed that my order for a tyre inflator for my car was nor delivered as expected.
I made contact with the company to express my concern.
It was explained that there had been an issue with the item. As a result their very helpful customer service department arranged a full refund to I be made. This was made within a week.
Problems occur and mine was dealt with swiftly and courteously, I will have no hesitation in reusing this company

The unit was OK but very little better than a similar device from another provider. I was given a 50% refund and have opted to keep the unit as a spare to avoid the postage cost and delays involved in returning it. Refund was received in 3 days so excellent refund time.
Original Delivery was about 4 days so not bad on that score either.

Very poor do not buy from this retailer if you are in the UK. Slow delivery. Poor customer service. Failed to carry out refund as promised. Honestly, please don’t buy their products. Please note they are not in the UK. If you want to send something back they will ask you to pay the shipping costs to Spain. They may then offer you a 50% refund before then agreeing to a full refund a x not completing the transaction. In my case they blamed an open chargeback case for why they couldn’t refund. I removed the chargeback and they still didn’t refund. If you want this sort of hassle go ahead abc buy from them. Good luck.

When you opened a chargeback with your bank, the funds related to your order were immediately frozen and placed under review by the payment processor. Even though the chargeback has since been closed, the system automatically locks these funds until the case is fully resolved. We have contacted our payment service provider and were informed that the process to unblock the funds may take up to 30 days. Unfortunately, this is beyond our direct control, but we are actively monitoring the situation to expedite the resolution as much as possible.
Please rest assured that we always issue refunds to our customers promptly. This is an exceptional case caused by the chargeback process, and we deeply regret the complications it has introduced.
Additionally, we would like to address your concerns regarding product returns. At no point have we requested you to ship the item to Spain, as we have different warehouses accross Europe to accommodate customers in your region. I purchased a Camurex security doorbell from LumenVira. It was delivered well within the published delivery time.
It was easy to set up via the app. I encountered a problem which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. A simple email to LumenVira ( Carolina) resulted in a very quick response which provided clear, concise and helpful advice.
