Same experience as others here - a small cost upfront ($1), then a $20 recurring charge starts on a weekly basis. Once I saw this I contacted them to cancel but their response was not straightforward and they did not take action. Even after I requested cancellation, payments continued to be deducated from my account.

SCAM!!! Bought app for USD1.49 which didn’t have the advertised content. Now a week later they charged me USD19.99 which I have read is a weekly subscription.

When contacting them, it says my email is not associated with any accounts.

Beware of this product. It's a suspicious app designed to steal your card information, charging you $20 USD every week. This product does not perform as advertised.

Subscription scam - do not use. Report it to the credit card company and to Stripe. All financial institutions that allow for these things to happen should be fined heavily.

They say "It's $0.99", then in the fine print they charge your card $19.99/week. $80 later I finally checked my statement and saw this and they refused to give me my money back.

I was misled into thinking I was buying a one-time watch face. Instead, Luminea quietly enrolled me in a recurring monthly subscription, which I didn’t notice for four months.

The app itself is terrible — low quality, buggy, and nowhere near worth paying for. But the real scam is how hard they make it to cancel. When I contacted support, they asked for all kinds of unnecessary personal and payment information, only to withhold the real cancellation link (https: //luminea.me/ terminate), which I ended up finding myself.

This is not a legitimate business model. It’s a trap designed to charge people who don’t realize what they signed up for — especially those who aren’t internet-savvy. It feels predatory and dishonest.

Avoid Luminea at all costs. If you’ve already been charged, check your account immediately and report them to your bank or credit card provider. I’ve requested a full refund and will escalate if I don’t receive one.

Scam. Exactly as all other people have said. They have tried to charge me even after cancellation.

Es un timo, además me cobraban cada semana cuando se supone que compras una aplicación q por cierto es un pegote. Además si intentas darte de baja te marean y siguen cobrando, he anulado ese pago y a listo

Ce site utilise des méthodes particulièrement douteuses pour vous piéger.
Il vous pousse à télécharger une application en vous faisant croire qu’il s’agit d’un simple test gratuit via un abonnement d’essai. En réalité, tout est pensé pour rendre l’annulation compliquée : navigation volontairement confuse, étapes multiples, absence d’instructions claires…

Résultat ? Vous pensez être dans les délais pour résilier, mais la période d’essai est discrètement dépassée, et sans avertissement clair, ils commencent à prélever 20 dollars par semaine.
Oui, 20 dollars par semaine, sans aucun service réellement rendu.

C’est tout simplement scandaleux. Un système de facturation trompeur, une politique d’annulation dissimulée, et un prélèvement abusif : ce sont des pratiques de voleurs.

Je déconseille formellement d’utiliser ce site ou cette application. Protégez-vous et vérifiez toujours dans votre compte Apple les abonnements actifs pour éviter ce genre de piège.

SCAM!! Like everyone else has written. My husband on to the bank as i type this. He paid 99c for an apple watch face a week ago and has just seen that they are tying to take £14.90p out of his account.

This app is a total scam. You think you're buying it for just 99 cents, and you'll even get an email that makes it look like a one-time purchase. But what they don't tell you is that you're actually signing up for a weekly subscription of $19.99!

I cancelled my card and started a dispute. Emailed them.
Review them on their app as thieves.

As many other people have mentioned this is a subscription scam! Avoid these like the plague, am trying to get a refund from these atm. Did manage to cancel the 'subscription' but only after quite a few emails. Stay away!!!

They are freaking thieves, a scam. You purchase an app at a price $0.99 receive an email, but the truth is you sign up for a weekly subscription and you will be charged $19.99 each week. You will not receive a receipt, so you will find out you were charged only by looking at your bank statement. There is no way to get a refund or cancel. I am so freaking mad at this.

The worst part is that no one will probably look here first before they purchase these watch faces at a price $0.99 because it is so cheap.
