everything was ok in my japan shopping with Lunarcat

I had struggled for a few months trying and failing to get doorzo to ship something to me, so I decided to try out lunarcat's mail forwarding service.

from start to finish, all instructions and expectations were clear, they were communicative and helpful every step of the way, and turnaround was pretty much immediate. my package arrived safely to me, on the other side of the world, in just a few days.

after all the frustration I'd experienced with doorzo, it was such a relief.

if you want to buy something from japan, they'll make it easy. highly recommend.

Very good communication every step of the way, from initial forwarding, package receiving, and the final consolidation and sending of my package. I felt there was a personal touch to the business unlike the big names and I felt my needs were met and there weren't excessive fees. I will definitely use Lunarcat for future proxy orders and package consolidation for all my needs!

A store in Akihabara was selling items that was not available online and I searched hard for a way to purchase the items and ship them here. I stumbled upon Lunarcat, and decided to use their services as there were no other good options. Their order form was incredibly simple to fill out and all fees were laid out clearly. The system tells you when they purchase the item or if the item was sold out before they got there (and they refund what they can't buy). Even sending a packing order to ship the items was really simple. I had a small issue where the shipping costs were not calculated correctly, and Lunarcat was really quick to respond to my issue and let me know what the problem was, as well as refunding me for the difference in shipping. I've had such a pleasurable experience, and will gladly use their services again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Reliable , fast , helpful and responsive . Every step for delivery was quickly done.

It was my(and their) first time working with me to ship fountain pen inks; water based fountain pen inks are the bane of many proxies because they are:
1) Liquid, so an SDS or a TSCA is required which scares 99% of proxies off.
2) Fragile and could leak, so even more deadly to proxies that don't want to take responsibility.

Lunarcat was willing to purchase for me and made sure all of the paperwork was in order for import; I simply filled out the TSCA to approve that the ink shipment meets all of the TSCA standards.
Unfortunately, some unintended damage happened to some of the packaging of bottles that arrived. FedEx can be a little heavy handed when it comes to packages without proper bubble wrapping on all four corners.

But, the onus is also on me to inform them that this is something that was important to me; 99.99% of people care what's actually in the box, not the wrapping around it.

LunarCat was still a wonderful person to work with and I will work with them again. I did not request any type of refund for the damaged packaged bottles because in the grand schemes of things, it is a rather minutae of an issue that most people, unless you're an avid ink addicted collector like me, would care about.

Lunarcat followed my instructions for packing my guitar as told. I'm pleased enough to use this service again.

Great experience! Will definitely use again. I was looking for a couple limited sofubi figures only available at a shop in Akihabara that would not ship to me. I sent Lunarcat the details in an order request and in less than 24 hours, they had purchased the figures for me in-store. After that, shipping to me was fast and easy.

Lunarcat was amazing in terms of service and communication. My order was a very challenging one to fulfill, yet it was completed.

I'm very happy with the fee structure.

The only change I would make is to allow editing of the "Order" section.

They were incredibly helpful and very quick to respond! The video I bought turned out to be a file type my devices could not download into an MP4. They gave me temporary access to an agent’s account just so I get could it working in the specific player the file needed to be used in. 100% worth the money, would use again :)

Ordered offline pop-up merch, Lunar Cat picked it up the Saturday it opened (on a weekend!), and it all shipped and arrived to my front door, to east coast US, in week. I also placed the order the DAY before the pop up opened, so they really went out of their way for me I feel.

Offline pickup rate is super affordable (4000yen at the time), the store receipt in the box even showed they paid 40yen more than I paid for all the merch, so they covered it themselves, and they responded to my email really fast - asked about the extra free merch you get when you spend a certain amount at a pop-up. It was all in the package.

100% will use their services again, I wish I knew about it sooner.

If you need to communicate any worries they're very polite, understanding, and have never come across as uncaring towards their customers since they warned me one of the items I wanted was a scam.
Their website also gives you the ability to choose options for transporting your package, letting you feel more secure when it comes to shipping.
