The dining set is beautiful
The dining set is beautiful; however, we noticed a dent on the dining table on the day of delivery, prior to any use, as well as several other cracks. We were unable to report this immediately as we were preparing for our holiday.

Lovely bar stool
Lovely bar stool, very quick delivery, but I was not happy with the delivery , as the van pulled up to deliver them, he literally through them out the back of the van, I said be careful plz, his response was they are very well wrapped, as I opened the box to check them they were only in a soft wrap, luckily no damage to stools.

Wow! Absolutely in love with my furniture from Lush Interiors!!
I purchased a table along with 4 chairs and 2 bar stools to match.
100% recommend this company, I was unsure at first considering how expensive it was but im so glad I went through with it and now my kitchen/diner looks great!

Great delivery & quality products
Great delivery, friendly delivery ppl, they fitted up everything for me in my home. My only criticism is that they don’t remove the packaging of the table & chairs so they’ve now been sitting on my drive way for over a week as they are way too big to fit into my car to take to the recycle centre & the bin men don’t take them either

1 star to 5! Amazing company
originally left a 1-star review because my table arrived damaged, and then a week later one of the chairs became damaged too. However, I completely understand that things happen, and it’s how a company deals with them that really matters. Lush Interiors did not disappoint.
They replaced the chairs within a few days, and although the tabletop took a little longer, it was eventually replaced too. They even came out and fitted the new top for me, which was so kind and above and beyond what I expected.
Accidents happen with any company, but the way they handled everything was amazing. Their customer service was excellent, and they genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Fab team! Ignore the bad reviews — they really do care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful and strong table and chairs. The delivery guys were courteous and assembled the table and chairs well. Only reason for one star less is that the delivery wait was long despite items being listed as in stock and i had to contact delivery company to get a delivery date.

Hazardous products and poor service
I purchased 8 chairs costing over £1,000.00 at the end of 2024 (just over a year ago). These chairs were barely used in my house and after only a year, 3 of the 8 chairs broke. 1 of the chairs collapsed whilst I was sitting on it and I was pregnant at the time. The 2 other chairs collapsed with 2 guests I had in my home which was very embarrassing for me. I contacted the company and asked them to be human as I spent a lot of money and just wanted them to help me out a little. They said the guarantee period expired and they could do nothing. I pleaded with them to help me as I would need to vuy 8 new chairs and this is a lot of money for me but not for the business. I was ignored after this. The service is so disappointing. Please don't shop here. The products are not safe and the service is robotic and unsympathetic. Not helpful at all.

We would like to clarify that your order was placed in 2024 and the chairs are now outside of the warranty period. As a business, we do need to follow our policies, which are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
We would also like to reassure you that this is not something we have previously experienced with this chair design. All of our chairs are thoroughly weight tested at the factory and meet the required safety standards, which is why we were unable to determine a manufacturing fault after a significant period of time and use.
Please be assured that our intention was never to appear unsympathetic, and we are sorry that we could not offer a resolution on this occasion. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
