I was looking for a sold out Chanel bag that I just loveddd the design. I scoured the internet for a credible place to buy the bag. I saw it at Luxeafrique but was not familiar with the website and there are sooo many scams online and we are not talking about a small amount of money to be gambling here.. I read the other reviews and decided to give them a shot.
They were GREAT. Customer service 10/10. Someone contacted me the whole way through the shipping process. The bag is legit, the company is legit, the website is legit, your item is safe and will arrive to you. I would definitely buy from them again. Yes you are paying a premium but really not much more than if you found the item on a secondhand site and this item is new. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Very disappointed!
I received the WRONG champagne, improperly packaged, and some bottles broken. The sales team was prompt but not helpful, attempting to put the onus on me to correct their error. It was an insincere apology consisting of a one-time 10% discount for a future order. That's the same discount that any first time buyer placing an online order receives and it does not ameliorate the mistake nor adequately acknowledge my disappointment and inconvenience.
Reviewing my purchase receipt, I see that I was not given the first time buyer 10% discount.

I still have not received my item and it has not moved in 2 weeks. It hasn’t even made it to the place where the shipping label is… this is according to the tracking info. I bought a expensive Advent Calendar which starts December 1st !!!! I’ve requested another one be shipped overnight!!!! Cuz I’m going to insist on a full refund if it doesn’t arrive in time!! This is a Xmas gift!!!

Dear Christina Bennion, we sincerely apologize for the delivery delay you've encountered with your recent order, particularly with UPS, which is an external shipping company beyond our immediate control.
We want to assure you that we've been actively addressing the situation, having initiated an investigation with UPS promptly upon receipt of your concerns via email. However, some of the items in the Advent calendar has come up as hazardous product which was affecting the movement of your order. United States has a very strict shipping rule for dangerous or hazardous goods coming into the country, hence the delay.
While we were working diligently to resolve this issue and awaiting a comprehensive update from UPS within the standard 48-hour timeframe, we observed your 1-star review on Trustpilot.
Additionally, in response to your recent communication sent to us today via email stating that you will report this matter to your credit card company as a fraudulent order is also alarming despite you also acknowledging it was been delayed due to hazardous material from UPS and thus not fraudulent.
Based on this, we've taken immediate action and will be instructing UPS to return the Advent calendar to our warehouse and offer a full refund. If for whatever reason, UPS are unable to return the shipment, we ask that when you receive the item, that you return the item with the return paid label in order to get a full refund.
With a little patience, we are confident you would have receive your order well before 1st of December (which is more than 11 days away).

This is my first time purchase from Lux Afrique Bontique, a Dior Bag which sold out almost everywhere. Fabien’s came back to me within 48hrs of the bag is found. I’m very surprised with the swift response and how efficient the team is, amazing!!
Understand the delivery process is out of control from Lux Afrique Bontique, but the team followed up closely my case and ensure Dior bag delivered to me. 👍🏻☺️

I am still waiting. It’s been five weeks. I did have a very nice customer service rep contact me on WhatsApp and she is trying to help. I did get a box a few days ago and I was very excited. Only to open it and find it was not even close to my item. It had been sent to the wrong customer, me. Then I was asked to print a FedEx label and bring the box to FedEx so it could be shipped to the correct customer. Which I did of course because that customer wants their item too.

My experience with Lux Afrique Boutique was amazing and truly exceeded my expectations! Fabian was very attentive and responsive to all of my questions. He helped me acquire a size 6 Gucci Oura ring that has been sold out for months now! He explained every step of the process through a phone call and detailed messaging through WhatsApp. I must admit that in the beginning I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase because I didn’t know much about the company or if it was legitimate. Unfortunately I’ve been scammed several times in the past so I’m not as trusting with people as I used to be… Fabian was very patient with me throughout the entire process and we even lost one Gucci Oura size 6 to another customer because I didn’t act quickly enough. As you can imagine finding a second one would have been like searching for a needle in a haystack! I consider myself lucky to have found Fabian because someone else might have said “ good luck “ and probably moved on to the next customer, however Fabian didn’t give up. He was very clear in explaining that he would search every Gucci store and there was no guarantee that there would be another one, but he also assured me that he would try his very best to find me another one and that if there was another one somewhere in the world, he would find it! He kept me updated on his search and in less than 48 hours he was able to find my gorgeous Gucci Oura ring in a size 6! He sent me a video of the ring Saturday morning and then a few hours later, a video of my ring being picked up from the store in London. He then sent me the tracking information and I received my beautiful ring Tuesday morning! I highly recommend Fabian and Lux Afrique Boutique! Very happy and satisfied customer right here! ☺️

Great Luxury site!
So I placed my order after reading a negative review by a disgruntled customer and immediately got scared so I reached out and got an immediate reply! Patrick was awesome! He reassured me that they were a legitimate luxury site and even went a step further to make a video of them actually buying my item with my specific item and kept be updated every step of the way! I placed my order on a Friday and received my other the following Monday! My Jimmy Choo boots are beautiful. It also doesn’t hurt that the show was priced significantly below the retail price but needless they honored the price! I brought the Jimmy Choo Blake boots for almost 400 less than retail! I will definitely be a return customer. Service was A1.

I was skeptical about the site since not US and never heard of before. But I do believe the company is legit and I would do business with again.
That said the markup is high, so for hard to find items you really have to want the item at a premium price.
