Not great quality
Not great quality, only one gift bag for two items. They were both gifts for two different people. Paying for returns doesn’t make sense to send them back either. Not worth it

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say the customer service from this company is outstanding. They sent the wrong item originally, and I needed the product imminently for a birthday. They got back to me straight away and sent out a the correct product on first class, tracked delivery the next day in a presentation box and I must say the earrings are fantastic. All in all a five star service. Highly recommend.

Super customer service
I can’t fault the customer service of this company. I ordered a pair of beautiful earrings and a necklace but there was a design fault with the necklace. I contacted them and they responded within hours. Then they sent a replacement free of charge within 24 hours. I don’t think you can ask for better service than that! Stunning jewellery!

Beautiful jewellery & quality service
I have had a few pairs of earrings from this company and they are amazing! So different & beautiful 😍, I had an issue with one pair & I was sent a replacement straight away, no questions asked! So many companies could learn a thing of two from customer service like that!

Lovely jewellery but even better customer service. A minor mix up, all fixed in 4 days start to finish. Regular email contact kept me up to date. I offered to write this email as I’ve not had such proactive customer service in a long time and believe credit where credits due. Thanks 😊
