Well.. they stock some really nice unique tiles but unfortunately they show stock that they don’t have, paid for express delivery, take the payment and leave you waiting a week or two until you chase them and then be told that they actually don’t have stock and won’t for months!
They didn’t contact me to tell me I had to chase them and it was “warehouses fault”.
They did however refund me promptly.
I emailed them once again a week later after still seeing them “in stock” and suggested they update their website, as honestly I’m keen on waiting for them to come back in but they haven’t replied and still shows in stock.
So the moral of the story is to call them before placing any online orders, which kind of defeats the objective of an online purchase, but to increase the chances of you getting your order it’s the better solution.

Such a shame as the ones I wanted are unique to them and the best I’ve found.

Bout Self adhesive tile to use to replace a defective area n my existing kitchen tile. It matched perfectly and was exactly as described and displayed and was able to repair the defect . Delivered in descent time as well.

Very happy with the service I received from Luxury Tiles. They had the best and most interesting options available online and I was able to get samples of several of those quickly and cheaply. The cream scalloped tiles look beautiful as the flashback to the hob in my new kitchen. Great service and products from start to finish!

Ordered 2 sample tiles which unfortunately didn't arrive.
I emailed Luxury Tiles and Alex the manager contacted me personally to apologise and made sure the tiles were sent.
They were very well packed and arrived on the day I was told they would.
The tiles are very good quality and because of such good customer service I would definitely place an order with Luxury Tiles.

I was looking for natural stone tiles and found exactly what I was looking for at Luxury Tiles. The quality was much better than anything I had seen at other places and very well priced. My order was sent extremely quickly and arrived well packaged. Very happy with the result and overall experience.

Happy with tiles. Delivery was longer than stated. Ordered 2 lots of tiles and charged two lots of delivery despite them all being put in the same box (I only ordered 10 sheets in total and paid 2 x £29.99)
Communication wasn't great, with some of my queries not being responded to at all.

We needed a tile that had been discontinued a few years ago and we found it on Luxury Tiles. Matt went out of his way to check with the warehouse to see if they had enough to send to us and then discounted the cost of delivery because we only needed a couple of boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from them again.

The tiles were well packaged and delivered quite promptly... Delivery is quite pricey tbh.... especially when you haven't ordered enough first time and need a second delivery 🙈. But will be using again and the range they have is huge and the quality is very good 👍.
