Luxury Tiles offered a great price, speedy delivery and when the tiles came they were packaged securely so none were damaged. Was very impressed with the wide range of tiles. We used ours as placecards for our wedding and everyone raved about how unique they were - thank you!

The whole experience was positive. A sample was sent and was broken on delivery. There was no quibble about sending another. The quality of the tiles is superb. Most importantly, the customer service is excellent and I now have a very presentable kitchen!

Ordered my tiles and received safely to Northern Ireland with no issues and no extra cost. Other tile companies were looking ridiculous delivery cost, but I’m delighted that luxury tiles delivered to Northern Ireland free. The tiles are stunning once fitted and are a real head turner. Luxury tiles were great with the samples and I made a couple of phone calls and had sent emails during my tile selection process and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Also their tiles are stunning and many that you won’t see in tile shops. I’m very happy with the service and my beautiful gold tiles and will use this company again in a heartbeat.

Despite being advertised as available and paid for next day delivery, the tiles we order were out of stock. We received only half of the order and the remaining part are more than one month away.
The customer service is terrible. Never replied to emails or at the phone. Did not offer a solution and I am forced to buy new tiles as cannot wait for more than one month to finish the job.

They said they will support my claim and speak with the delivery company to arrange compensation, it never happen and now they are ignoring my emails and call.

I ordered some tiles which arrived next day delivery and I soon realised that I needed one extra tile and so I rang them and they sent it to me for the next day delivery with no extra charge. Terrible company. Ordered tiles, waited a week and heard nothing. I emailed to ask when they would be arriving and was told they were out of stock for another month (nothing about this on the website) and I could either wait, or have a refund. I requested a refund and it was radio silence. Now a week later and nothing. I have a feeling after reading other reviews on here that I am going to have to pursue the refund via my card company. AVOID

Very poor service. No tracking information, didn’t answer emails requesting information and tiles failed to arrive despite 3 phone calls and false promises. Shop elsewhere!

Quality and good prices

I was looking for glass mosaic tiles to use in the bathroom around the four window insets and sills. Having looked at many companies I eventually found the perfect ones at Luxury Tiles.
I placed a small order of 12 sheets and they arrived a week or so later, perfectly packaged so no breakages.
They were a perfect match to the online photo and did the job beautifully.
Matt was very helpful with a delivery query and got back to me within the hour.
I would definitely recommend Luxury Tiles to anyone wanting quality and variety of choice.
