Terrible experience/ Do NOT order from this brand

Order mosaic tiles on 21/10/25 and still haven't received them. They don't answer calls, ignore emails and won't issue a refund.
Extremely disappointing service.

Right from my very first enquiry Matt was genuinely kind and helpful. He sent a decent size sample for us to view and it matched our existing choice of tile perfectly. When I called to make my order he was extremely patient and double checked he had ordered everything we needed. The tiles are stunning and of excellent quality. They truly are luxury tiles. I had a great experience with this company, I ordered from another company on eBay and the order wasn’t fulfilled (chasing my refund was a sight faff). I found Luxury tiles via google, they were the only other place I could find stocking the exact tiles I wanted. Bonus- the price was very reasonable. Unlike others, the shipping was also a very fair price for a small order. The delivery was super speedy and the tiles arrived in perfect condition! Will know not to go elsewhere again, will definitely use again and would highly recommend!
