I tried to call a Portuguese number but received a message saying that I did not have enough minutes still available to make this call, but offered me the opportunity to pay for a 30 day top-up. I did this at a cost of €7 or 8 but it made no difference, and I received the same message when calling the number. So I feel I have been cheated by Lyca.
